Cool buildings next to hotel, nice administration

- Spa was not available (no pool, no sauna) - No hot water in one of the showers (we had two seperate rooms) - Toilet did not lock in one of them - Snooker was pricy (10€) - The window was broken and could not be closed in one of them

Salt room,, view to industrial building, opportunity to have dishes, ketel, fridge. Big thanks for that.

Smell, carpet that was obviously wet in past and had a mold. Danger to health to stay in such room. Sound isolation 0.

Bad neighborhood far from city, no elevator, one electric outlet, yucky towel smell like urine, small light in bathroom, left after one night

The bedding was clean.

Receptionist didn’t speak any english, asked if we could speak Russian. We couldn’t. Throughout the whole building there was a specific smell. Our room was pretty tidy, couple of stains across the carpet and chipped skirting board corners. Rail in our bathroom was wobbly, therefore we count use it to store our towels. The worse are was the swimming pool and the whole SPA area. Pool lane floating dividers had a really bad residue build-up. Disgusting. The tiles were partially discoloured to orange shade with could indicate mould… Saunas need some repairs too… The pool is located on the 3rd floor, unfortunately we have been assigned a room on the 2nd floor so for about 2hours we could hear some drilling and furniture rearrangement.

Room was at great price. was a Pool with few bathhouses. clear room, great service
