Location near to JB Sentral.
Huge room.
Got bathtub.
Bathroom floor and wall are slippery like soap residue from the mopping left after the floor dried. Not safe for old people.
Tv is located in the living hall, not in the bedroom. You cannot watch tv when in bed. Need to sit at sofa or dining table to watch tv.
Need to validate parking (your TnG) before you go out every time. So if you're out 3x per day, you need to validate 3x.

Firstly, I would like to thank the manager and the staffs for the hospitality.
I was quite dissapointed with all the facilities that was in the hotel, Firstly, I booked this hotel because I thought it was all to my standard because I was a regular customer. The last few years when I booked this hotel, they even have a smoking room but this time there is none. My husband was quite pissed off.
But to my surprise, the food and the facilities were all not to my expectations. I booked a queen studio room. When I entered the room, the door did not have a safety latch to lock. The toilets were clean but the bathtub sinkhole was a bit choked. Then the room looked old with the tv that was not situated in front of the bed, the tv channels were not friendly user. There were limited channels. The jug was dirty and rusty and same goes to the microwave was dusty too.
When we had breakfast in the morning, the food was limited and there were not variety of food compared to last few years. The coffee machine, needs to press harder in order to get a cup of coffee. The was a customer also who needs my help to press the coffee machine. My husband did not eat much because it keep telling me that the food standard was also bad. He lost his appetite.
I hope with my comments, you will look into them considerately and positively as to keep the upright of your hospitality and accomodation for the others.

Staff were friendly although not really aware of the location to help guests
No alcohol. Poor TV reception. Noisy rooms. Dark rooms . No information at front desk, maps etc

Room is dirty and my last day had to go down the stairs with my mother who had leg dfractured and 2 huge heavy luggage because the lift didnt stop at a few level as there is some guest from different level also..weird why they didnt leave a complain..

Everything is so bad, the place is so run down and the rooms smells dusty with furnitures from like 20 years ago. Feels so eerie and couldn't wait to check-out even though we only stayed for a night. Service is horrible. No towels in the room and when we called for one, they implied we were lying to avoid paying for an extra towel. They refused to send a towel till we called for the third time. Only one flat pillow on each bed and everything else is chargeable if you'd like to ask for more.

Good for location, free parking and early check in at 2pm.
The bathroom was dirty. The sink was clogged. Tv is a bit smaller and to far from bed.

Im so disappoint with the room.. especially the bathroom.. its leaking at the toilet bowl. And the bed also not comfortable at all. They should change the new..its seem old2222222 bed.
