The staff at the reception counter is very friendly to share us information about the house as well as the neighbourhood. The living room is large with a good view and really making us relaxed.

The lighting is mainly shining the whole bedroom from the top. Would be great if having a desk lamp for shining softer at a small area of bedroom.

The 2 rooms does not have the air conditioning was very hot downstairs where the 2 rooms were and the toilet flush was not working properly.

Very good at communication and helped us book some restaurants during the stay which was super helpful.

The floor of the gear drying area REALLY should be heated. Our ski gear didn't dry out properly at night. For US$565 PER NIGHT I think that is a given. Also, at that nightly rate I'd expect the kitchen to be MUCH better equipped than it was. The kitchen was equipped to the absolute minimum - I'm talking 4 forks, 4 spoons and 4 knives, 4 coffee cups etc etc. These items are just a few Yen a piece at Homac.
