Very kind staff and hosts. Nice view on the valley, romantic location, in the middle of the countryside and good for relaxing and disconnect from the urban and busy everyday life. It's good as a base for visiting cities in Umbria and North Latium

The matress is quite uncomfortable and cheap, the door of the room is very thin so you can hear every sound from the reception and the corridor, the bathroom lacks of shelves and the toilet seat of the room was broken. The breakfast could be improved.

This is a fine place for 1-2 nights, if your on a budget and looking for a stay near Rome. Restaurant is nice, great selection of meat. Beautiful scenery. Quiet and nice by the pool since there weren´t that many guests. Ignacio "Nacho" a member of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful too us. The staff changed the breakfast to our liking since we are not really into the Italian pastries-only breakfast. Bathroom was spacious - shower was good. Air condition worked well.

Staff didn´t speak any English at all (They only state Italian on booking.com so it´s maybe something you can´t complain about). Not very welcoming at check-in probably because we didn´t speak perfect Italian. Room had really bad soundproofing and the front door of the stay was constantly slamming which was annoying late at nights. It seems like a place popular for events for locals and there was a birthday party ongoing one night until after midnight and the staff were cleaning up after the party long into the night, so we had to ask them to stop so we could sleep. Maybe not the place if you are seeking total peace at evenings and nights. The floor of our room was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. Wi-fi was pretty bad.

It was a lovely property located between two towns and was set in beautiful grounds with a swimming pool, which we made use of. The room and the bed were comfortable and very clean. We can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat here. Nearby is a small medieval town called Amelia which is worth a visit.

It is a bit noisy and the sound insulation is poor between rooms. Our room overlooked the restaurant so we were made more aware of it. The staff were quite unfriendly and unwelcoming towards us, possibly because we were foreigners but it did spoil what otherwise would have been a good stay.

It was an excellent location for our short break in the long trip. The place and the surrounding are very quiet and beautiful, the pool relaxing, the staff fiendly, the food amazing.

Very good food!! There is a nice pool with a lot of beds/chairs. Nice view on the back of the building.

The staff was a bit unpersonal (maybe because of the language bariere)
