The food was amazing and the service as well. Kind and pleasant people. The views over the mountains are stunning.

The room was nice and clean. The view, superb. Good food and a cosy restaurant.

The beds are hard as wood. The hot water is there, you just need to wait for 5 minutes to get it :). in the suites, you sholud consider adding a a hot water heater for tea.

The location is great for those who like the great outdoors: it's in the mountains, in the forest, near hiking routes. The suite was pretty warm (outside it was below 0 Celsius), spacious enough and the balcony was great. The restaurant is nicely decorated, the staff is great and the food, although a tad pricey, was great.

NO COFFEE ANYWHERE UNTIL 8:30 AM when the restaurant opens, not even an overpriced automated coffee dispenser. There was plenty of heat in the room, more than I expected, but the heat radiators were missing the knobs, so there was no way to adjust temperature. The suite has almost 2 rooms, but no doors between them. There is only the entrance door, the bathroom door and of course, the balcony door. And the missing door(s) kind of defeat the purpose of renting out a suite. The entrance door does not do a good job in sound proofing. You can hear everybody talking when they pass by your room. I found dust on the headrest of the bed, on the window edges, on the mini-refrigerator... pretty much on half the items in the room. The guys who put up the curtains didn't adjust their width correctly, and at night they don't cover the whole windows, you can see much of the light coming from the light bulbs on the cabin outer walls. The bath tub was clean, but it looked like someone tried to paint it and did an awful job. I was amazed to see the restaurant does not serve pizza or pasta. Perhaps I can understand not serving pizza (maybe no proper oven for it), but pasta? It's cheap and quick to cook. It was hard to offer my kid some food variety during the 3 day stay, the menu is not very child friendly.

The location

The room was the tiniest I’ve ever seen, dating probably from the communist era. The bathroom looked like it belong to a sanatorium, the furniture was ancient and to top it off, the tv barely had any reception.
