La amabilidad de todo el personal. La habitación tiene cocineta con utensilios para comer, nevera, cafetera, estufa electrica, lavaplatos, si se desea cocinar se pueden llevar los elementos para tal fin. La limpieza de la habitación y demás áreas del hotel, 1A. Los desayunos son muy buenos, hay variedad. La TV tiene Directv.

Quizás no poder acceder a Netflix, esto sería un deseable algunas veces.

Good location, friendly staff and great breakfast!

As always in Medellin, we were welcomed by kind staff. Always helping and willing to! SERVICE is the best in Medellin! We stayed for 2 weeks, because we also had some medicals to do, so we wanted some peace and quiet. We asked for a room on the other side of the hotel. Camillo right a away helped us with that, explaining the possibilties. So so kind of him! Breakfast was as always generous. We love the rooms in Novelty suites, its roomy and you even have a separate space for clothes. (mini walkin closet) And its always sooo clean in that hotel! The loaction is THE BEST, right next to Oviedo mall and 5min walk to Santa fe mall and other restaurants. The paisa people are amazing! Warm, kind and friendly! We love to be there!

I could not have carbs and sugar, so for people with a special diet the options are limited at breakfast. And I never understood but they never give you towels for the kitchen ;) We always buy our own. Or you can ask. Other then that, they are complete!

Excellent breakfast, variety in international food and exquisite tradicional Colombian food.

The staff from the moment we checked was maybe the best, most courteous I have ever experienced. Free parking was great, the location was great. We will stay here again!

The service to guests was excellent, from the check-in to check-out. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Definetly going back to Novelty Suites in the near future.

Breakfast was great; great variety in offerings, the facilities are very clean, neat and well maintained and great and especially personnel is well trained and very customer oriented.

Getting to the hotel in car or taxi during certain hours is not great. There is much congestion in front of the hotel making it sometimes difficult to access. At times we used the affinity entrance to reach the hotel to avoid traffic. Getting taxi's/cars from the hotel is difficult to get transportation in timely fashion. Going out on the street and randomly picking a taxi was faster.
