koloniální hotel, dole pátio s restauraci, nahoře terasa s výhledem na katedrálu, hezky interiér pokojů, velmi dobrá poloha. hned vedle obchod s originálními a krásnými šperky.

El lugar en general es muy bonito.
El check in es a las 3 (llegamos a la 1:30 al hotel) y nos lo entregaron hasta las 5. Y nos pidieron entregar puntual el cuarto el día de nuestra salida.
Por otro lado, la regadera muy sucia.

Location is perfect and the hotel itself and interior is so beautiful.
There is no AC and room gets so HOT. I couldn't sleep at all...

Loved the space, beautiful old building rich in history, fountains and greenery around the property. The room itself was a great size for two. No air conditioning but an electric standing fan that cooled down the room. Overall clean, well decorated Spanish style, tiled bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Walking distance from the central plaza and many restaurants and shops.

A very cute hotel, with a beautiful courtyard and rooftop. Amazing location, very close to the zocalo. Room was clean and well decorated. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was very good.
There wasn't really any plugs to charge our devices in the room. Only 1 was free and it was in the bathroom.

Location was very central. The building is beautiful, and there is a tree in the courtyard that was in bloom. The terrace and the restaurant spaces have amazing atmosphere. Rooms are large and comfortable.
Extra charge for the 3rd guest. Seems unnecessary. Parking location was a bit far, but can't be helped given the layout of the town.

We asked for early check-in they said no problem, then it wasn't available.
We asked for a king size bed, we got two twin beds.
There were only 2 plugs in the whole room.

Beautiful old hotel. Great location. Good price. Good food at the restaurant.
No coffee maker in the room and no coffee on the property until 8 am. Very low water pressure in the shower. Hard lumpy pillows. No AC. Huge key chain so always had to leave room key at the front desk. Way too big and heavy to carry with you anywhere.

The room was georgeous, very confortable and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay in Los Arcos and highly recommend it.

Gorgeous 16th C building. Fabulous location. Clean comfortable beds/linens, plenty hot water. Lovely rooftop terrace with incredible views. Pleasant helpful staff.

From day one that we step on the hotel, the recepionist and the rest of the employees were so polite. Good customer care, hotel was wooww. Room service everyday. If i was to visit taxco 100 times again, I would choose this hotel 100 times. You feel the charming welcome.

The terrace and view
It was a bit noisy in my room because it was on the ground floor next to the lobby. Next time I would ask to be upstairs.

It was absolutely beautiful just like the photos. It flows with the whole Taxco ambiance. It’s located very close to the centro and all it’s activities and food options.
This is not a hotel that is convenient for anyone that cannot carry bag up the stairs. There is no elevator.

Nice and clean room, comfy bed, overall a gorgeous place; nice for a romantic getaway. Close to everything.
The staff a the check in was a bit rude with us, like if they had someone more important there (we were the only ones at the front desk)

The service was lacking. The lady at the front desk acted like we were a bit of a bother instead of guests. No one to carry my bags up two tight flights of stairs. She offered but again acted like it would put her out. Zero info on what to do, what to see, where to shop, where to eat. Everything else was fine. Very pretty courtyard.
Service - maybe a smile? We won't stay here again.
