Excellent hospitality and facilities. Good food. Helpful staff. Good sized room. Particularly nice spa area.
The room safe was too small to take a passport lying flat.

A family style hotel, cosy, nice deco, friendly staff. You get your own table for the whole stay and get to choose the courses for the dinner. The dinner is of an excellent quality, with a wide range of vegetables, cold and warm starters. The desserts are also very nice. A special thank to the waiters (Aleksander - thank you!). We felt very much at home during our stay. The beds are also worth mentioning - good quality and comfy. Good spa.
In the double rooms kids get to sleep on the sofa bed. It’s not ideal, the sofa is quite hard. Also the pillows were very thin.

Cozy, good location and very polite and helpful staff. Nice spread in breakfast and tasty dinner. Thank you Seefelderhof. You made our six nights home-away-from-home and we will come back again and again.
our room was bit smaller for three once sofa was converted in bed for my son but I think room dimension was mentioned and it was my wrong selection. I am not sure if they have bigger rooms for the families because many kids and young boys and girls come for the skiing with their parents.

Although the room is well renovated, the mattress of the beds were in my opinion too hard and the pillows needs to be replaced as it was literally nothing.

The staff made our stay absolutely wonderful. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. I have several allergies (gluten, lactose, nuts) and I would have every dish tailored to my needs/limitations. I am very grateful!!
Everything was great but we got an older room, not the renovated one that we were supposed to. The renovated ones from 2016 look much nicer. Next time we will ask for it. The older rooms have slightly less comfy beds (softer mattress) to our taste.

We couldn’t sleep before 23… and after 6 a.m… Our room was near the restaurant and until 23:00 it was unreal noisy: talking, dishwashing (especially), people coming to their room. It seemed we were sleeping in the hall. I noticed the gap between the door and the wall and maybe it was the reason. But I was so disappointed…it’s unreal to stay there with a baby which go to sleep at 20:00..Before night the hotel was perfect

Good location with short walk into main town area; accommodated us at short notice for evening dinner which was very tasty and restaurant staff were helpful even though we ate quite late and they were clearing away; room was clean and comfortable with a nice deck with mountain views

The waiting staff were very good especially out Bulgarian waiter Moro , made a good stay even better with a smile good humour and great service .
For full board the food was very very good .
The wellness area is a little small , but good .

Breakfast was good, lots of options. Location was good, everything was close, and we had beautiful views of the mountains. Spa was nice and clean, with a few options. Swimming pool was nice for the kids. Room was always clean.
Staff were not very welcoming to a non german speaker. Dinner time was too late for families, we never managed to finish dinner before 8.30 by which time our daughter was very tired. No toiletries apart from standard shower gel.

Nice clean hotel, wonderful breakfast, super service, very friendly staffs.
Quite small shower room, it could be a big problem for tall people. Wellness area is ok, some improvements need to be considered.
