Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Welnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders der Aussenpool und die Panorama-Sauna. Das ganze Hotel war schön dekoriert und sauber. Das Zimmer war grosszügig, ebenso das Frühstück mit toller Käseauswahl, Eierspeisen die man bestellen kann und sonst alles, was man sich so wünscht. Die Lage ist super. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss auf dem Dorfplatz. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Tolles Wellness-Hotel! Nette Personal, leckeres Essen, mehrere Saunas und warmer Poll, wo man nach draußen schwimmen kann. Wir kamen mit einem Hund und für unsere Kleine war ein Hundekissen mit einem Hundenapf im Zimmer vorbereitet. Sehr sauber! Zimmerservice hat das Zimmer jeden Tag so frisch gemacht, als hätten wir und ein Hund da garnicht gewesen.

Im Zimmer waren paar Kratzer an den Wenden.. Sonst nichts weiteres.

Der Spa Bereich und das Frühstücksbuffet waren großartig.

One of the reception’s lady helped me about the best cheeseburger I ever had

The lady who checked me in, didn’t giveme the room that I booked and I don’t know why!! And I asked the reception to help me with the balcony’s door and the staff didn’t knock the door and open it fast and that was a rude from them

The wellness area was very nice. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, all facilities you could need. Provided with robe and slippers for the wellness area that has a heated pool, sauna and you can also get a massage. Secure parking for motorcycle. WiFi and room very good. Didn't try the restaurant, but breakfast was very good with freshly made to order omelettes and other delicious food. Great location in a small, pleasant town. Will happily return.

usually I never give the full score because I always think there is always room for improvement, I have been to many hotels in Europe which have been good but I have to say this was exceptional in any way. all staffs from front desk and reception to restaurant staff and house keeping were supper friendly , professional and helpful. wonderful spa and warm pool and Im very happy we picked half board. we are supper happy of our book

Spotless, lovely rooms, amazing pool and spa, great views, central, close to train station, 50m from stop for ski bus.

Bit of a wait for room after check in time, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

Upon arrival made to feel very welcome. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast and evening meals. Gianni,Benedetto and team were fantastic and friendly. Great New Years Eve gala dinner and entertainment by Gianni & Conny.
