Location, apartment was great.

location - free parking- big terrace (room 8), this was the only room with a big terrace, was one more room with a small terrace

no sun umbrella on large terrace poor wifi no dishwasher as advertised with poor quality sun loungers extractor hood was not cleaned in long time, too dirty to touch 😳 air conditioning was not capable to make it a cool room with 38 degrees C outside

I have picked up the location because of availability of easily accessible parking space and walking distance towards city center (It is quite important in these old Italian cities with small streets, especially if you have bigger car). I liked how spacious the apartment was and that it was exactly as on the photos. There was always enough parking space, only once I had to find smaller place under an olive tree (next day the car was fully covered by small pieces of the tree haha).

I will mention nothing major here, as I had my expectations and these were met. Apartment is clean, on the other hand exact opposite of "cozy". It is furbished in very "spartan" style. There is AC in both rooms of the apartment, but it worked with its own mind sometimes. Bed I appreciate with hard mattress, this was extremely soft one. But that is subjective.

the location is good.. just 10 mins walk from the center of Siena. the apartment is nice and just right for us family of three. the parking is very nice..

hmm the ac is realy weird.. it always turn off.. and we don’t really know why

the location and parking was the best part . very easy to stay there and explore Siena old town

the chicken is not well equipped missing several basic things. for instance the coffee maker is in very bad condition not working properly cleaning is also not enough seems to be very superficial for instance the spot light of the bathroom needs to be cleaned urgently. lots of insects in it

Location is excellent Clean room

- only set up for one guest when there were two of us. - basically student accommodation - uncomfortable bed. No additional towels. No additional pillows - constant electrical hum keeping you awake - noisy fridge - broken paving on the balcony - nowhere to hang clothes - no staff on site until check out

The terrace was amazing to watch the lights come up in Siena and drink wine.

There were some challenges with heating and hot water. The heating was just learning curve - it was in welcome envelope but not explained. The hot water seemed to struggle with pressure and being hot right away - but it was there. Also, a small walk to restaurant area since the location is outside of walls.

Huge terrace with great view, the interior is also nice. Overall it's a great apartment!

To get to the centre one needs to walk alongside a busy road with no sidewalk, kitchen is not too greatly equipped (lacks e.g salt and pepper), wifi's a bit slow

20 minutes walk from Piazza del Campo, free parking, spatious accomodation of good quality, great value.

The location is fantastic to see old Siena. It is a very easy walk for most folks. Even with my wife in a wheelchair, it was still very doable. Adriana was very helpful. I recommend this apartment for those who want to see old Siena.

We knew it would be small for the 3 of us, but the location and value more than made up for it.

Great appartment with private parking just a few steps from the heart of Siena. The place is very clean and well equipped. The staff is very helpful.

The location is great. Just outside Porta Pispini, so no need to drive in the city and super convenient/available parking just outside the studio. SO easy! And there is a cafe/Cafeteria just around the corner on the main road with delicious sandwiches, pastries and coffees (cheap and they open early). We arrived early and despite that nobody was at the desk, envelopes with keys and codes were ready for us to enter the appartment, which we liked a lot. In retrospect, though, it was perhaps too easy for anybody to come in and use the studio as the door of the building was open and these envelopes could have been picked by anybody! The studio itself is very clean and large. The bathroom is very nice and they provide paper slippers! The bed is very confy

The airco did not work. At least we could not set it up less than 26 degrees. We pay attention to the instructions and did not open the windows and the door. But the fan was not activated, or only too little to give a cooling feeling. WE resorted to opening the windows during the night. At the end, this was fine but we were still disappointed! The coach is not very confy. Quite hard and fake leather materials that is a bit sticky in warm weather. Needs more pillows The shower is a little slippery. But the hot water works very well.

The 2 room appartment is well equipped. We could cook, do laundry and had a dish washer. Staff was very amicable. Short walk to Siena center (15min). Free parking.

Bathroom could use a little refurbishing but still very acceptable.

Extremely spacious room with kitchen and living room. The bed had crisp white linens on it and was pretty comfortable. When you walk through the halls their is piped in music to listen to (a nice touch). Free parking on site. Hotel staff very kind and helpful. Elevator service.

good location close to the city. easy parking. great check in and Adriana on reception welcomed us and gave us a detailed personalised local map which was very helpful. nice and spacious and clean. handy kitchen.

the balcony wasn't really a balcony but a tall window that opened with a handrail in front - it was fine though.

Very helpful and professional staff, extra kind providing all the information needed plus some extra thing we asked them for in advance. Highly reccomand.

Parking space, easy check in, clean room and great location (a few minutes walk to the center of Siena). The sir at the reception was very polite and suggested a good place for breakfast, a few steps away from the hotel.

Unless I am mistaken and I did not notice how to do it, it would have been great to be able to control the temperature/the air conditioning in the room. The shower is great but at first we found it a bit hard to understand how it works. Still, it was an excellent stay!
