an appartement with a high roof and white colour is everywhere…and a a friendly gentle host.

poor kitchen equipments… unfriendly sneaky cleaning stuff which is good to avoid / leave before their arrival when i check out at 11:00 .

Well located and good looking apartment.

Lack of kitchen tools, basics in any apartment (oil, soap, etc). Noise of furniture moving because of the underground, and noisy neighbourhood.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The host is communicative. The rooms are spacious. It was clean and cultured.

The accommodation is located right next to a slum, but there were no particular problems during we the stay there. If you need something in the kitchen, , sponge, kitchen towel, washing-up liquid, shower bath,toilet paper,(there were 2 pieces for nine people for a week )e.g. coffee cup, (there were) 2,coffe, you have to buy them because they don't give you one.

it did not have a washing machine/ dryer … this could have been helpful and would have perfected the place!!

The host offered a private parking at €20 / day, we had to leave the key to the car park assistant, and he did a good job and it was safe

The apartment is big, but nothing else. The building is very shabby, the area is also very shabby and dirty. The apartment itself not clean, has a kitchen, but you don’t have fire on the stove, the kitchenware is not well equipped and not clean. The toilet is small and cold, not any supply of bath gel or shampoo. The apartment is very cold not having any heater for keep warm. The host not reply in time, you send WhatsApp sometime but got no reply. Some of the windows cannot be locked right, and there was building maintenance and there was trellis people can clim up, we cannot sleep because we didn’t feel safe. I will never stay in such a property, and just to leave as early as possible.

Nice location, a lot of thing in the neighbourhood, clean, elevator, nice yard, parking available nearby.

one single bathroom for entire flat

You won't get the whole apartment, e.g I was travelling with my friend and only one bedroom was unlocked. So I had to ask for them to unlock another bedroom so we could get at least seperate bedrooms, even though we booked whole 160m apartment. Bring your earplugs - noise is awful. And there are now bathroom facilities besides toilet paper (even no soap). Also, it said on Booking.com that you can checkout at 12:00, but we were later told that's an old information and now it's 11:30 latest. And cleaning ladies were trying to get in to the apartment 11:15.

Very comfortable apartments. The owner was very friendly and helpful! It was very comfortable even for 10 people!

Host was really kind and available although we were staying only 1 night, she apologized for the air conditioning saying that we could have called her to put it on, but honestly we were 10 people so we wanted to have our privacy as well. Cleanliness 10/10 location is right in the historical city centre, 10 mins walking distance from important sites. The apartment is newly refurbished and decorated in a classy manner, really beautiful. Wi-Fi good, building is equipped with a lift, as the apartment is on the 5th floor.

Air conditioning was not working, even though it was really hot and we were forced to leave windows open, consequently we were bitten by many mosquitoes as expected. Only 1 bathroom, with 3 sleeping rooms, i think is not enough but we managed.

The location was great. The host was very flexible with the arriving times and luggage storage. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Definitely a great place tot stay in Naples.
