We were in town for baseball All American games. This was so close to the complex! Amazing beach location! Perfect place for us to see the ocean after being at the ballfield all day. We loved being on the 1st floor. Lots of beach accessories that made our beach days perfect! Kitchen was full stocked for all our cooking. Laundry room came in handy washing baseball uniforms! Property manager was responsive to all my messages. We had the best time!!! Will definitely be back if we ever get the chance!

This is my 3rd time staying in this unit. It has everything I need, great access to the beach, and a nice pool. I hope to be back again when I come to visit my family.

This was our second stay at this property. So comfy! Everything we needed and love the first floor location - no stairs. Enjoyed the pool and so close to the beach. Less than a mile to my son and family for grandson's first birthday. Perfect place for us!

The location of the property is great, just a few miles from all the Cocoa beach stores. It was just a short walk across a deck to get on the beach. We were able to watch a rocket launch from Kennedy Space center while down on the beach. We enjoyed the beach, and was only about an hour from Disney, so we plan on coming back, and would be more than happy to stay in this unit again. This unit was on the first floor, which is fantastic with all the stuff I had to unpack and haul in to the room. The only issue, and it is minor, and not worth getting up in arms about, is the ceiling fan in the master bedroom has 2 speeds; low and off. We liked the stand up shower and the bath tub with shower in the bathroom. Could put a child in the tub, and shower at the same time. Definitely worth staying here!

Very clean and close to beach

Had a wonderful time. The inside of the condo was exactly as pictured. Wished their was a tv in the small bedroom but other than that the amenities were excellent. We didn’t realize until we got there that the condo faced the parking lot and not the beach, but it was just a 30 second walk around the corner to the beach access. Just missed not being able to wake up seeing the ocean. Otherwise it was a great place and would definitely recommend it to others!
