We had such an amazing time at this property. It truly was like paradise. The property manager was very easy to contact and very helpful. I’d definitely stay again!

Overall we enjoyed our time together. Large table was great for card players and visiting and eating. We needed towels, not just hand towels for everyone, and the manager quickly sent new towels. However a 4 cup coffee pot was not nearly enough for our big crowd. Did have a Keurig, so we bought k cups and a large coffee pot. Only four forks were present, and Bring your own bath soap. The. Bed's in the bedrooms were very. COmfortable. Two beds had hair and dirty sheets. We washed them. The sleeper sofas are totally worn out...wouldn't lay flat, and had half of the connector springs missing. Just know 8 people will not be sleeping comfortably., unless little ones sleep onthe sofa itself. They are ok to sit in. Thank you, Sandee Retreat for communicating very quickly. Loved the location and the outdoor hot tub and seating. Right on the beach!

Check in Process was quick, easy & CONTACTLESS! The Beach View Daily was Amazing. The Hot Tub was Amazing. Large Spacious Livingroom & Diningroom was much needed for Large Groups. We had plenty of space to eat meals, watch Tv, and relax with room for Stretching Out without everyone on Top of each other. The Gazebo in the Back was a Great Place to have your morning Coffee. The back Porch faces the Beach. The Property Manager was available 24-7 for any issues that came up. And she was very helpful. This is a Perfect House for a Group of 8 Adults. There are 4 Bedrooms with 2 Double Beds in each room. If your Large Group wants to be ON THE BEACH, have a Hot Tub, and a Super Spacious Living Room, this is the Beach House for you. The Updated Showers were a New Experience for us & was Greatly Different with a Waterfall overhead. Nice Experience. This Beach House is a 9/10. We Stayed here for 3 Nights. The property was wonderful. There was plenty of space and the access to the beach was steps away. It was very clean and the views were awesome. We had 14 people in our group and could have had more people and still be comfortable. However, since the house is suitable for large gatherings, the refrigerator had broken and or missing shelves and was not big enough to keep all of our items in. So we needed ice chests and had to buy ice daily to keep our supplies cold. 2 new refrigerator/freezers are needed. Also there were only 14 towels and wash clothes, so we had to wash daily to have clean towels. It would have been nice to have 3 sets of towels per person. There we 2 coffee makers, 1 Keurig and a 5 cup drip coffee pot...needless to say, we purchased a 12 cup coffee pot to satisfy our needs. A bigger drip coffee pot with a timer to brew is needed. The grass around the stairs to the beach needs to be trimmed back regularly, it was over grown. These small changes would have earned our stay rating a 5 star. We would definitely stay again, but would be better prepared to overcome the mentioned short comings. Check in progress was great and communication with the management company was easy. Thanks for sharing your home with us, it was an amazing vaca!

Amazing place, right on the beach. Very comfortable.

My family and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved the house and the location. A few things we wish could have been better are two of the pull out beds had springs that were missing so we had to lay the mattress on the floor instead. Also we couldn’t find a oven vent for the stove when cooking. Not sure if there is one? Lastly we didn’t realize all the bedrooms were on the second floor, so if you have someone who has trouble going up stairs in your group, that’s something to consider. We managed to make it work by having that person stay on a pull out bed. Other than than those things, we had a great time! Thank you Sandy Feet Retreat for making our stay amazing!

This Home is Fun, and on the water, in a Great location, near everything!! If your want to stay at PCB this is the spot!! There is room for the whole family. The View of the Ocean is better than any other condo option.

Great beachfront location. Amazing sunsets. Walkable to 2 or 3 bars/restaurants. And dog friendly. We will come back..,,..,

The hot tub was the icing on the cake!

Went with family for a quick getaway to Panama City Beach and to visit some friends. We were looking for 3 main things in a property that we wanted to stay at.... dogs allowed, on the beach, with a hot tub. This property had it all! Perfect place to stay and will do so again.

When we found this adorable beach house I knew it was perfect for our intimate beach wedding! The host was only an email away with all of the answers to our questions. The house was immaculate and decorated adorably which was a perfect compliment to the beautiful beach views outside. There was more than enough room for our reception inside after our fairytale ceremony on the beach at sunset. Our guests all commented on how perfect the house was for the occasion. Thank you again for allowing us to celebrate our special day at this wonderful property. We are already planning a trip back for our anniversary!!

Very clean, and friendly location

This location was so perfect for us. We had 5 children with us and the layout allowed us to see them at all times. The kitchen was large enough for us to be together without being in each other’s way. The outdoor spaces were great and the water is right there. We will be back!!

House was perfect for group of 14! Rooms were wonderful with bathrooms, everything clean. Kids loved walking to the beach and spending time in the hot tub and we were able to use the kitchen to prepare our meals all week. Check in and out were easy and management was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process!

The beach house looked exactly like the photos on VRBO website. The location was excellent ------- you walked out the door and were on the beach! The mattresses in the bedrooms need to be replaced; they were uncomfortable and noisy. Also, the washer broke the second day that we were there. In spite of this, everyone enjoyed our vacation!

There was nine of us, 4 adults and 5 teens. This property fit us all perfectly. I’m a clean freak and a little ocd so there are just a few things I would add to the cleaning duties but I would still consider it clean! Neighborhood was good and the access to the beach made this house worth every penny!

The house exceeded all of our expectations. The location on the beach was just perfect and we had such a nice, enjoyable weekend. The deck space was great to relax on and we loved being able to walk out the back door and easily setup chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We had 11 people and there was more than enough space. Check-in and check-out were very simple and the property contact was very responsive for any questions we had. We were a little separated from the main Panama City action but I'm so glad we were because traffic on Memorial day weekend was really busy and there was a lack of rideshare services. We went down to Schooners one night which has a great location on the beach and you can actually walk there (about 30 minutes) plus there were a few great bars within walking distance. Everything just turned out better than I could have asked for and I'm so thankful to have booked this beach house!

Besides the broke box spring mattress in one of the rooms along with broken blinds and few other small things we can honestly say it is a very nice house to stay in right on the beach and great for a family environment

We are a family with young kids. Everyone had fun during 1 week stay. Home is renovated with nice features. Property manager was very responsive when needed. We will consider going back in future.The beds in some bed rooms are squeaky and uncomfortable for adults. It will be good if they can be replaced.

The house sits right on the beautiful white sand beaches. Large decks and seating to bask in the warmth of the sun. Kids loved hanging out in the hot tub. Great vacation and place to stay.

Perfect location in PCB. Right on the beach, awesome decks and plenty of space inside. Kitchen is wide open so great for cooking all your meals. All bedrooms upstairs and pretty spacious. Owner was very attentive and responsive. We had 4 families with kids ranging from 3 to 19 years old for a total of 14 people and we were all super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
