Great Lobby floor with super views !

Breakfast was good with a nice location right off of the lobby. They had plenty of options for everyone.

The valet area is a little bit cramped and we had to wait to pull in several times. There's not much you can do about this, just noting that this is an issue.

Everything! From the moment we arrived, everything was as listed on the website or BETTER!

The entrance is a little crazy, but that’s really no one’s fault.

Great location. Across the street from MARTA. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Parking fees are not quite as exorbitant as nearby hotels. Extremely nice for a Hampton Inn.

Staff as always was fantastic to include the valets. Centrally located to what I wanted to see. Breakfast always good.

Two things, AC was rattling and was somewhat irritating. During my 3 night stay not once was room cleaned or restocked with towels.

The bar needs scotch!! Everyone who drinks scotch, drinks Dewars as a basic call brand…please start carrying it at the bar. We stay there every month for the symphony and really wish we could have a scotch at the rooftop bar before heading over to the art center.

Breakfast was sub par. Runny watery eggs greasy bacon and not much low carb choices.

One of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at in a big city. Room was nice. The king suite was much smaller than the last one I stayed in at this hotel. Great staff. Nice hotel.

The pillows are tiny. A king bed with the tiniest pillows on it was almost comical. I will say they were comfortable though.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. The lobby is on the 20th floor and offers great views over Atlanta. Also a well equipped gym is on the top floor. The room was great and clean and the staff very friendly.

The hotel only offers expensive valet parking, but there are public parking garages nearby.

Facility-wise it's pretty good. Comfy room and good fitness center. Location is fantastic as well.

Valet parking is expensive ($45 per night for regular vehicles). If you are tipping cashless, the additional fee is like 30%. The other parking option is a parking garage near the building.

The lady who worked Saturday night , was such a nice worker . I didn’t get her name , but she made us feel so welcomed 🫶🏻

Parking

The lobby is on the top floor and has a great view. The bar/restaurant and breakfast area are attached. There is also an outdoor terrace with a great rooftop view. The room was very clean- no dust that I observed at all. They have maid service everyday and you can tell. The rooms had recently been renovated. The hotel was not very busy on the night I was staying so that was nice. The location to Marta and The Woodruff Arts Center was perfect for walking.

The staff really could use additional training on customer service. Overall, they all seemed depressed and unhappy. Both the woman at the front desk and the bar tender acted grumpy. Neither one smiled at all during our interactions. They seemed as if they did not want to be there working. The bar tender was actually sitting watching TV when I came up to the bar, and instead of immediately getting up, he just asked if I wanted something in this very sighing and reluctant way. It wasn’t until I started pulling out a chair to sit that he slowly began to make his way to the inside of the bar. Also, the food menu was pretty limited. There needs to be an improvement in healthy options of food both at the restaurant and the breakfast. Additional meat, vegetable, and gluten free options should be added to the menus. I would also have preferred if the restaurant was open until 11 or midnight. Our conference sessions ended at 10:00 PM and I had a very hard time finding food in the area.

The hotel was extremely nice extremely clean the bed was extremely comfortable and quiet. New updated classy decor . And the view was absolutely beautiful.

Location was great! Loved the area and all the options for walking and short drives for shopping!

Parking and breakfast were not the greatest! $45 a day for Valet Parking or the parking deck next door which was $20 per day but you also had to pay each time you left! We spent close to $100 in parking for two days(really Friday night to Sunday morning). But also - valet parking was full and not an option. So apparently there is not sufficient parking for the actual hotel. Only one fruit option - oranges. And not really any choices - either turkey sausage or nothing. Then next day pork or nothing. I know it is a free breakfast but I think some more options would make it better.

The fact they didn’t tell us beforehand that each time you request your vehicle from vale they charge 45 each time! It would of been nice to have been notified and not surprised by the receipt after checkout

Extremely clean! The staff were all so nice and amazing!! The beautiful rooftop patio totally sold us though. What a perfect place for drinks with some girlfriends.

Great location

House keeping tried to come in 3 separate times starting 4 hours before checkout time. This was after being woken up by obnoxiously loud alarm that went on for an hour.

The layout was very nice, with a cool view of the city. Room was very nice and clean

The rooftop bar, food was not good and bar tender was incredibly rude and make terrible drinks. Will not go back.

Excellent location. Rooms newly renovated, modern design. Roof top bar/lounge very cool, food was good. Free breakfast was generous. Staff was professional and friendly. Would stay here again with out hesitation.
