Die Lage ist prinzipiell hervorragend. Das (arabische) Viertel selbst hat Charme, darüber hinaus sind Barri Gòtic, Rambla, Meer und der spannende Montjuic von hier aus schnell zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es genug Läden für den täglichen Bedarf und einige gute bis sehr gute Restaurants und Cafés. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Appartements war hervorragend. Zur Anbindung: Wir haben uns Fahrräder geliehen, dafür bietet Barcelona eine sehr gute Infrastruktur. Aber auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ganz in der Nähe.

Wie bereits einige zuvor hier berichtet haben, wird die Lage ein wenig durch drogendealende junge Leute vor der Haustür getrübt. Daher waren wir darauf ein wenig vorbereitet. Eine solche Problematik lässt sich in einem belebten Innenstadt-Quartier aber vermutlich kaum ändern, der Gastgeber kann ja ohnehin nichts dafür. Zudem haben uns die etwas zwielichtigen Gestalten stets in Ruhe gelassen.

It is a safe and clean apartment located in a reasonably quiet neighbourhood closes to transport and shopping with many local restaurants and coffee shops offering early opening and late closing times. It even has a taxi rank nearby. There is a small lift to help with moving luggage up and down, best of all plenty of hot water for everyone showers. -We were offered competitive airport transfer services which we happily taken up. -At 8pm our travel companions accidentally locked out of their apartment a phone call and half an hour latter they were back inside ❤️

We could do with some tower rail or hooks and hangers in the two bathrooms, there is none. The toilet seats are loosely fitted

All very much liked, the flat is clean, cosy, all amenities. Close to the centre, to the embankment 9 minutes. Shops, pharmacies on the side. The staff is excellent, if there were questions immediately answered, always on the phone. We will gladly return there again.

Location and good value for money

I love everything about the apartment, the location is close to almost all the exciting places. Staffs were just exceptional, so quick to provide answers to all my questions My family enjoyed our stay ❤️

The mattress was kind of hard

There was lots of room. It was clean and comfortable. It was very central. The staff were very helpful. We had 2 problems. No hot water in the kitchen, which they fixed straight away. Our electricity cut off too and they were able to help us immediately.

Although the location is very central, it is a little off-putting. There were a lot of homeless people and drug addicts in the area. That said, we felt very safe as we were so close to the main police station. We were 5 minutes from Las Ramblas and close to the metro and the port. For us it was perfect!

Amazing location and good facilities.

Aircon leaked so we couldn’t use it as often as we’d have liked.

Location abd helpful staff

Apartment was exactly as described. 3rd floor made it remote enough from the street noise. Location was excellent, in walking distance to most attractions and beaches. Air-conditioning made it very conformable in otherwise hot Barcelona summer.

Wish our neighbors upstairs and downstairs were respectful to quiet hours. They were at times noisy at night, not enough for us to complain though.

The apartment is in a great location for ease of getting around Barcelona. You can walk to La Ramblas in 10 minutes and there are loads of transport links and restaurants nearby. The beds were big and showers good.

The photo showed a sofa and chair in the living room but we only had a sofa so all 4 of us couldn’t sit comfortably at once! There were small black insects in the kitchen even though it looked very clean.

Nice location with easy walk in distance to city centre attractions. The back side of the apartment is very quiet. Good and smooth communication with the owner for managing luggage before and after staying.

The location , the streets of ramblas del raval at night are dangerous

very good size with nice sized living room and good sized bedrooms. shower head broke at start but staff quickly came and fixed it without issue. easy to get in and out of as had a code at front door and two keys to get in room. all together was good though.

the shower temperature was very hot or cold, quite hard to get a good temperature. the area was a bit on and off, some days and nights it seems nice and other nights it seemed a little rough but was a 5 min walk to la rumba street and metro so couldn’t complain.

Location. Dangerous streets. Small kitchen. Stains on the sheets.

Hot water all the time. Kitchen is well equipped, pretty big refrigerator. There were groceries near the apartment. The apartment is spacious and tidy. Close to the Rambla boulevard and a few minutes from the Catalonia square. We asked for towels changing and they did it immediately.

One bathroom had no water flow so we couldn’t get a shower in it. the mattress in one of the rooms are not comfortable. The neighbourhood is a little frightening at night, not the best location. the TV is very small compares to the living room.

Location is great. We were close to many great restaurants and transportation options.

The size was good and staff were great, loved the sitting area and kitchen was perfect for a week stay. Room were okay could have been in better shape. Balcony was nice and had a nice view (we were situated on the top floor).

the Area is very dangerous according to locals so you need to be careful with your belongings when leaving the building. The Washing machine was on the balcony which you have to access through a bedroom. finally there was no dishwasher tablets or washing machine powder.

Nice, large apartment, full of light. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (but no spices, tea, sugar or salt). Very small elevator, but nice to use after whole day walking.

Good location, close to everything we wanted to visit. Comfortable space, easy to access.

Some things seemed to not be working well (stove top, bidet). Beds weren't very comfortable to us but that's subjective. All in all we were happy with the house for the price!

The apartment has all the needed facilities. The host was kind!

Lots of pickpocket action in this neighborhood. We were pickpocketed just outside the apatment…. and witnessed another japanese tourist being pickpocketed a block from the apartment.

great place with a lot is space, great location and the staff was amazing

The property was spacious, clean and comfortable, located about 10 minutes walk from Las Ramblas. Located nearby were a few bars, tapas restaurants, supermarket and a few shops. The property had 3 double bedrooms, or rooms with twin beds, two bathrooms and a kitchen with fridge, coffee machine etc. Communication with the accommodation was really good, responsive, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Arrangements to collect the keys outside of normal hours was very straight forward.

The property was a little awkward to find when we first arrived, although the number was above the door! it could have been a little more obvious not just a grey metal door, or tell customers what to look for. The square can be quiet noisy so choose one of the back bedrooms!

Location was convenient to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was very clean. Having two bathrooms was great for our family. Space was good for everyone to be comfortable. In reviews we read there was concern regarding the neighborhood but we found it to be a family neighborhood with families with small children playing.

The only thing I can think of for the apartment is to improve the kitchen by providing a cutting board and hot pads.
