Location quiet and close enough to Disney making it convenient. Property needed a more thorough cleaning. Floors were dirty, bits of trash out by (and in) pool. Checkin time was 4pm but cleaners were there till 430. Most vrbo homes I’ve stayed in had 11am checkout, this one is 10am.

Bright, clean comfortable home with a great pool for the family to enjoy. The only thing that would make it better are some hooks for towels (both inside and outside), and maybe some bath mats.

This was a great place to stay on our visit to Southern California. There are plenty of rooms and beds and the pool is wonderful for cooling off from the summer heat. We appreciated the availability of fans in each room to provide some white noise and extra air movement. Great location; lots of places to eat nearby and super easy to visit Disneyland.

All was well with exception of a couple of things.
Hot water was NON-Existent in kitchen and bathroom;(No Problem with Showers that were hot right away)…
Pool was great but would have been even better if there were lights in the pool…

This was the perfect place for our family. We weren’t at the house very much because we went to Disney/California Adventure but it was a nice place to come back to and relax. We went in the pool and played shuffle board and foosball.

We had a great stay. This was a last minute getaway where two of my friends decided we would bring surprise our boys with a trip to Disney and Universal over spring break week! The boys were thrilled they could all be together in the room with 2 sets of bunk beds while each of the Moms had our own bedroom to ourselves. We spent the day at the parks and the boys swam in the pool in the evening! Great location and we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!

The location and neighborhood was great because it gave us options of things to do in, and around, the Anaheim area. Im giving it 5 stars because overall we had a great time while we were there, and the communication with management was easy and fast. However, i do have a couple of constructive criticism and one was the process of reserving the house. I felt overwhelmed at times with how much I had to prove I wasn't a scammer. I completely understood why they have their reservation process, and its to protect the owner, their investment, and the neighbor's, but I have never had to go through so many hoops to rent a short term rental, and to be honest it almost detered me from wanting to complete the reservation process. But communication with the property manager was great, and he played a big part in making sure that I had all the necessary requests and forms completed, which I was grateful for. Second, there was no door to the bathroom that connected to one of the bedrooms. Although i love my husband very much, I do like to have my privacy in the bathroom. Not having the door to the bathroom, made it a litte inconvenient for both of us to be in the room at the same time. But again, overall it we had a good expereince.

Swift process; there were eight of us and there was lots of room for us. Never saw or heard a neighbour in the week we were there. $10 Uber to Disney, shopping etc.

This is a beautiful property that was very well stocked with plenty of room, a great location, wonderful pool. Upon arrival, the rental was 84 degrees and the air conditioner was locked under a code that we couldn't override to adjust temp. We contacted the property manager and it took over 24 hrs to rectify the issue only to have it default 12 hours later to 84 degrees. (they have it set to default 2x/day and you can't override it by given instructions). We spent two of our three nights with uncomfortable sleeping temps, having to lay wet towels on my small children to keep them comfortable while sleeping. We utilized every box fan in the home yet struggled to keep the home cool. We had one additional night paid for but chose to leave rather then stay in the heat of the rental. We respectfully communicated all things to the property manager yet all they said was, "sorry, we have had HVAC out there 3 times" . Disappointed that they know it isn't working properly and offering no compensation to renters is disheartening and in our opinion ethically wrong. Loved the home but wouldn't stay again. I will stick to hotels where we know we can be comfortable.

Lovely property in a quiet location, with plenty of facilities.
The pool and patio area are very pleasant although some of the chairs are in need of some maintenance, but we loved having a pool to relax around.
Great location for Disney and it took us about 10 mins to get there. Supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls all within a short drive too. We also loved going to see baseball at the Angels stadium that’s also really close. If you’re considering Universal or the LA area, traffic is can be a problem, but again plan ahead and you can avoid peak times.
Newport Beach is fantastic and a short drive from the property and in our opinion, better than driving all the way to Santa Monica.
Lots of great information provided by the hosts with an online guide, that we found useful.
A couple of areas for improvement a lack of hooks or towel rails in the bathrooms and it’s a little strange not to have a door on the en-suite bathroom.
We felt that the flooring was a little dirty, especially in the communal area and in need of a good clean. We always removed our shoes at the door but you’d get dirty feet or socks walking through the house.
We had a few problems with the AC but we contacted the management team and they fixed it while we were out and were very helpful - go directly to them rather than the messaging on VRBO.
If we were going back to Disney, we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Another successful stay!
The Home is located in a Quiet neighborhood and is a quick drive to restaurants, theme parks and shopping. The house was very clean and is spacious enough for families. Communication is great as any concerns we noted were addressed immediately. This was our second stay and will definitely be coming back for our next family vacation.

This property met our needs, it was clean, and management company was supportive and prompt. No complaints. Some things to know there are strict quiet time rules ( we enjoyed that part) so better for quiet vacations. Also the master bathroom didn't have a door which is fine for families but if you were there with friends may want to know that. More places to hang towels would be awesome too but really everything was perfect for us.

Family vacation
We were very happy with our stay. We were very close to Disney, shopping centers and eateries. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our quiet, bonding time together. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Even got to meet our neighbor (very sweet lady). Will definitely consider coming back. Communication was very good and they were very accommodating. Great stay !!!

Family Thanksgiving
This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration! I love the open kitchen and the amazing outdoor space with pool! There was more than enough space for the 5 of us, and I appreciate the large sliding glass door that goes from the dining area to the backyard. Actually, all the rooms facing the yard have a sliding glass door! The decor is nice and modern and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great place, I highly recommend this house!

BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH AMAZING POOL
This was an amazing home......just beautiful....clean.....open concept...Mid Century Modern.....plenty of space to spread out. The pool and outdoor space were amazing. My only slightly negative comment is the City of Anaheim Noise Ordinance from 10 pm to 9 am, but that is beyond anyone's control. However, it's better to know up front so you can be prepared (especially if you have small children). Otherwise, it was the perfect place for our vacation.

The map location when looking for a place showed that it was a few blocks away from Disneyland. It is actually 3.5 miles. We used Uber Large open living area was great. Gaming room in garage, good for kids!We found a broom, but no dustpan. The beds are HARD! The thermostat never stayed at the temp we set it at. Always reset to 75°. Some of the TVs didn’t work upon arrival, but they were fixed the next day. I’d say this place is good for 3 couples and 4 children at the MOST.All-in-all this was a solid place and the property manager was easy to get in contact with.

Had issues with pool heating, management was very responsive. Master shower would not get hot. Microwave sparked when using. Game room TV was missing, arcade machine didn’t work. Game room items in poor repair.
