What a wonderful place to stay! A great location and our accommodations were top notch! I won’t say everything was perfect as there were a couple of things like the ice maker that didn’t work properly but they certainly weren’t dealbreakers. The unit was immaculately clean when we arrived and the space worked perfectly for our family. The furniture and beds were comfy and clean and the kitchen utensils , dishes, pots and pans were more than adequate. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach!!

The good : The property was very clean and mostly more than adequate for our group. Loved the private beach access and that beach chairs and umbrella came with the rental. The property managers were great!
The bad: the rear outdoor area was completely unusable. Due to construction on the upstairs balcony that was supposed to be completed, we were also unable to use the lower porch nor the grill, where we had planned to cook steaks. The area was a total mess, even had trash thrown about by the construction “workers. Still that way on June 29 when we left.

This place was great ! Loved the location and it really fit our family of 8 so well everyone had their own bathrooms and rooms. It was a perfect walking distance to the beach and the pool was great as well. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking utensils. Also added bonus there was a pack and play in the upstairs closet which we didn’t find out until after we rented one for the week and also had a baby high chair as well which was perfect for us. Harmony Beach Vacations was a great host ! When we arrived we were informed that they are doing construction on the house as the whole back of the house was ripped off and none of the balconies were able to be accessed . We were offered to upgrade us for free down the road but we chose to stay due to the location . So there was construction happening everyday which was fine. The host was very quick to remedy any situation that arose and texted throughout the vacation to make sure we were happy. Joe the maintenance guy was super awesome and super helpful. We will definitely go through Harmony Beach Vacations again .

We had a wonderful week at Miramar Beach Villa 114! The property is in a great location close to the beach, shopping and other amenities. I was very satisfied with everything from the property's general condition to the responsiveness of the property management. We had two very minor issues early on which were very quickly resolved by the property management people. The villa is clean, the furniture is attractive and in good condition. The beds are very comfortable. I had rented another villa in the same location two years ago and the beds were awful so I appreciate getting a good's nights sleep. You can't beat having 4 bathrooms and four balcony areas even if the temps were such that you could not stay out for long. The swimming pool is also great. Three years ago, we stayed at a nearby community with a postage stamp pool so my grandkids certainly enjoyed having a great place to swim as did I. I would most definitely recommend this property to anyone heading to the Destin area. I like Miramar Beach as it is not as congested as other areas. We were able to pull in and out quite easily. We went on the Dolphin Cruise which we much enjoyed, but otherwise we spent the week lounging around and enjoying a beautiful spot on the Emerald Coast. We hated to leave and hope to return again SOON!

Our only complaint was the people who were in prior to us trashed the place and it took the cleaning crew much only and we were not able to check in until after 6. However it was very clean and a big thank you to them for cleaning up the mess.

Harmony Beach Rentals does a excellant job managing the property. HB Rentals needs to work with the owner to start making some cosmetic upgrades. 1st floor bedroom flooring needs replacement, gotten worse since 2020 ( our last visit ). Front and back patios need a coat of paint. Ceiling repair in kitchen needs to be done professionally and painted. Bathroom sink on 3rd floor needs to be replaced, cracked badly and it leaks. The towels stored below the sink were very damp almost wet. The back patio was a disaster, algae all over the railings and the 4 chairs. The carpet had hudge grease spots and was filthy. The gas grill was a mess also, grease covered everything, the grates along with the tray that captures grease was on the bottom of the cabinet. There was a living rm end table that was in pieces, Harmony maint showed up the same day and made repairs. A huge plus is the cabinet near the kitchen for storing dry goods. The other thing I had to sort out was the TV's. most all the batteries were dead and the remotes had been switched between rooms. Also I was unable to get a station to watch the " Super Bowl". 3rd floor whirlpool bath when filled with water and turned on was instantly black with my grandson sitting in it... With all this being said we really enjoyed our visit to Miramar Beach, walking distance to stores and dining...

Our annual Destin trip was coming upon us and we still hadn’t found a place in our price range since so many places raised their rental amounts out of our price range. We finally came across the listing for this house. Everything listed is just as it was. Everything in the house worked like it was supposed to. Location is fantastic to the beach and to restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is the third villa we have stayed at and this was the one with the least essential needs available. The bed in the master bedroom upstairs is very flimsy and not sturdy. The kitchen was missing a lot of cookware, even bowls to eat cereal were not available. No beach essentials available (water boards,cargo cart,chairs) unlike another villa we rented last year that had all the above. The tv in the living room had a sound bar that did not work so the sound was only coming from the tv speakers which would get annoying at a certain volume level. My teenage children didn’t really care much for the small selection of board games that were available unlike the great variety that the villa from last year had. We love the location of the villas but this place definitely could be better equipped and could use some upgrading and more essentials available. Overall the place was clean and sodas were very comfortable to sit in and hang out in.

Location is great and right across the street from the beach. There are several stairs down to the beach, which is good to know if carrying a lot or if you have older people in your travel party. The smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night but it was just a malfunction, and the dryer had some sort of electrical issue which would shut it down several times while trying to dry clothes. Also the kitchen is very small with absolutely no room for food storage. The bedrooms are large and accommodating. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 teens. It was a very nice layout, and we would rent there again!

Annual family beach trip
This was our 4th annual beach trip with 5 kids and grandparents so 9 total and we had plenty of room! Maybe our best rental yet!! All four bedrooms were plenty big, had its own bathroom and all had its own porch/balcony. After reading some reviews we were a little skeptical of the kitchen and the third floor AC. But the AC on all three floors worked great. The kitchen was small but had adequate pots, pans and dishes. It did not have any condiments like salt and pepper etc. You’ll need more trash bags, dishwasher detergent and paper towels if you’re there for more than 3-4 days. No big deal as we were 5 minutes from Winn Dixie and 10 minutes from Publix. There’s a washer and dryer on the second floor that work very well. The walk to the beach was perfect. For the beach chairs and umbrella that comes with the rental, call in advance so they are ready for you. We didn’t have any issues so no need to communicate with the property manager. We received a text the day of check in with the front door code as well as the beach access code. We highly recommend this place!

The 3-story townhouse was perfect: Right across an entrance to the beach. The townhouse had bathrooms adjacent to each of the bedrooms (one on first floor, two on second floor, multiple beds on third floor). Each bedroom also had TV (with multiple choices in programming), and a gas grill was on back patio. The kitchen-dining-seating area was comfortable and supported group discussions. Unfortunately, the kitchen's dishes, silverware, and pots and pans were old and insufficient for all of us at one meal--that was the only thing that was a disappointment.

The management company wouldn’t respond to my emails that started 24 hours after being there about our issues and when I talked with someone on the phone, they just said okay and didn’t want to hear it.

Summer Family Vacation
This property was perfect for our family. It was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The location to the beach and beach set up was also a plus. We had 3 separate families staying this year and each of the bedrooms with separate baths was definitely perfect for our group. We will be back next year for sure. Thank you for keeping such a beautiful home. I work in hotels and I was genuinely 100% pleased with everything about this property.

Spacious, beautiful condo
My extended family rented this condo for the week. It was perfect for 6 adults and 8 small children. They were TVs in every room, even TVs for the top and bottom bunk beds! The beach was an easy walk across the street, even for the little ones. Beds were comfortable and furniture was very nice. Will absolutely stay here again :)

Nice vacation home for huge family
This home is nice and up to date, nice decor, each bedroom has it's own bathroom even a bunk bed in 2nd floor hallway. Flat screens in each bedroom. All the cookware you need right across the street from the private access beach. Only flaw there was dog hair on the floors here we walked with our socks on we picked up alot of hair. You have to bring ice because the refrigerator must not be hooked up to water line and built in microwave wasn't heating but the supplied a counter one. We would come back to this unit.

Great trip with our family. Rode out a cat 2 hurricane in the middle of the trip. Property managers were great to work with. Checked on us to make sure we were ok. They were several issues with the property but they were taken care of with urgency. Would rent through Harmony again.

Overall we were pleased with unit 114, more than enough room (one drawback was storage for food when you rent for a month) and the location is perfect. Walking distance to anything you might desire, dining, grocery stores, drug stores, etc. Would stay again.

Nice property
The house was nice and the area was very enjoyable. As with most of these type properties, the grills leave a lot to be desired. We like to cook out most evenings, but the grill just didn’t work out too well. The public beaches are the better choice; just a short drive. The porches are nice for the evenings. We definitely stay again...as long as there is a good BBQ grill!!
