Location, quality and standard of apartament, service and recomendation of restaurants and rentals - outstanding

Quality of bed sheets and the bed in main badroom aap1 was the only thing that lowers the Total mark from 10 . You cannot expect main badroom to have squeeking bed , hard pilllows and bed lignings that make you sweet. All other just perfect

Very interesting location, suitable for a break from everyday life. Enough space for everyone around the pool, nice pool kitchen with all the equipment. Oldfarm house with 5 apartments and a little garden for everyone. We got a welcome letter from the owner and a bottle of wine and truffle chips:) In my opinion this place is better for singles or couples looking for relax, reading book and tranqulity (of course it all depends on the other people in apartments;)

No air -conditioning (in my opinion it's necessary!), not enought mosquito- net in the windows, no TV set, no microwave, no playground for the families with children. There should be a clear information about the security deposit ( 300EUR), this information in hidden in many other informations and couses unnecessary stress after arrival. The oldfarm area looks much bigger on booking pictures:)

Just as nice as on the pictures, excellent location (calm, secluded, even bucolic but only 5 minutes from Groznjan and 10 minutes from supermarket, pharmacy etc), very nice owners. Exceeded our expectations in many ways.

As a real Istria lover, and home design fanatic, this property was all that I dreamed about. Every time on our tour trough Istria, we were searching for something authentic, cozy, but also with a touch of luxury. This whole property is so perfectly furnished, big clean yard with all equipment that you can imagine, great pool aria, and barbecue part with summer kitchen, surround system.. Our apartment had also a fireplace, which was such a perfect detail with all that stone, chesterfield sofa and chairs, and amazing chandelier on very high ceiling. Some mix of Alp-chalet and Tuscany old money house. Huge thanks to Andrej, Tomo and Tajana, you guys made all this with so many attention, and thanks to your hospitality and kindness, we are taking one of the best memories ever. Hope to see you soon! The villa was spacious for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable & the layout worked for us. Our villa was modern & tastefully furnished inside & had everything we needed for our stay. The swimming pool & outside area including the external kitchen were a great space shared with the other villas.

The whole experience was amazing. The Villa was clean, well equipped (dish washer, washing machine, fast internet connection, coffee machine, electric heaters etc.) and the bed was big and cosy. Everything in the apartment was brand new and tastefully decorated. Pool area also includes outdoor kitchen and barbecue area which can be used by all guests. Villas are on a very peaceful location with beautiful town of Grožnjan just around the corner. We had a lovely experience biking on a Paranzana trail and enjoying amazing cuisine of surrounding local restaurants. It fits our needs perfectly and we will definitely return next year.

We absolutely loved our stay in Villas Martincici. The old farmhouse is beautifully restored and they used only good materials in- and outside. Outside the 'old' look, and inside everything you need in a modern but cosy style. Feels like home. Due to the Corona measurements we didn't visit the pitoresques small villages in the surrounding. But we didn't mind. Enyoing the pool (there's also a beautiful poolhouse with kitchen), the silence, reading a book, play some board games, ....Batteries charged again!!!! Also big compliment to Andrej, the owner, Tajana and her husband for the warm welcome. We really appreciated the fruit bowl, drinks in the fridge, the bottle of wine and immediate respons to any question. We even got a bottle of champaign to celebrate as we were the first guests! We will come back and recommend it certainly to our circle of friends. Highly recommended.
