Mieszkanie miało świetną lokalizację – blisko portu i centrum, co sprawiło, że łatwo było się przemieszczać i korzystać z atrakcji w okolicy

Mieszkanie niestety było strasznie hałaśliwe, co znacznie obniżało komfort pobytu. Słychać było sąsiadów, co przeszkadzało w relaksie. Dodatkowo łóżko oraz poduszki były niewygodne, przez co trudno było dobrze się wyspać

Nice, clean, big flat. Location very close to city centre. Well equipped. All what you need even for prolonged stay. Bus to Lerico and Tellaro 50m from apartment. Close to port. Very reasonable price.

Train station is 30 minutes away but it is a nice walk through city centre. Bed was too soft and slightly deformed, suggest to change upper part.

Large and nice apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very friendly and helpful host.

Too noisy... I could hear everything the neighbors were doing, as if they were sitting right next to me in the room...

The apartment is beautiful and very clean. It is also close to the city centre and several excellent restaurants.

The flat is not exactly soundproof, so expect to hear the neighbours' TV.

The flat was very nice and well equipped. It is not the nearest from the centre but just a short walk 10-15 mins. We got all the help from the host we needed. We got lots of information in advance in connection the flat, the parking, the sights, the public transportation and bars,restaurants as well. It was very detailed and helpful for us. Recommended.

The street in front of the house was smelly.

Like described, the interieur is new. The apartment was very clean and the cleaning followed the Covid-19-rules. I have met the nice and friendly cleaning lady, when I checked in. There were guests before but Alberto and the cleaning lady made the kind effort to let me check-in 1,5 hours before the actual check-in time. Alberto was next door the first day and also responsive during the next days by sms and booking-messages. While in La Spezia, I had a rental car but arrived and left by train. I have always found free parking in the parallel street Viale Italia. There are two bus stops close to the apartment. I don’t recommend to walk from the station with heavy luggage. The wifi worked fast. The aircondition was effective and I needed it because I was there in the hot month of August.

I wonder why no one else mentioned this misconstruction before: About one meter from the entrance doors of the bathroom and bedroom are steps (made to have a deeper square to open the doors) - not small steps...; both steps are 10 cm high. Although I tried to make a permanent effort to mind the steps, several times I hit my feet or stepped down without thinking in this moment that there’s a step. Interesting that it happened on the last day (not the first day) that I stumbled and fell down on one of my knees. Fortunately I didn’t hurt myself in a way that it would be worth to mention. The walls are not soundproof but most time no neighbours were there. During my stay it was quiet.

The property is very nice, small but very comfortable! With all the amenities you can expect, I enjoyed it a lot!

The balcony is not usable, too small and filled with things ( like the AC fan ), it looks into an inside courtyard not to the city.
