The property is situated within an easy walk of the City Centre. The downside of the location is that it is on a busy main road with some traffic noise. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. An excellent and varied continental breakfast is served in the room with cereals, fresh fruit, juice, and pastries all charmingly served in a basket

The room was absolutely lovely, amazingly clean, the breakfast basket was absolutely beautiful so many choices 😋

The service was warm and pleasant. We were waiting with delight the coming of the breakfast served in a basket. The room very comfortable and quite. We really appreciate everything. I reccomend heartedly this place, that make you feel in holiday indeed.

The host was so accommodating and helpful, she went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and the facilities were fantastic. Great location and the breakfast baskets were fantastic.

The owner obviously takes great pains to ensure that everything is done to a particular standard and style. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-presented.

There was a noticeable smell of damp in the room (although there was no visible or other evidence). The property is on a main road and the traffic noise was quite intrusive.

The breakfast was lovely, everything you could wish for in a lovely basket. Well done to the very nice people who run it. Would definitely visit again.

I don’t think there could be anything else done to make it better, it was lovely and well worth a stay there.

Exceptionally clean. Large spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Very well thought out. We were here to do a market down the road, so the location was perfect for a work related visit, therefore being on a really busy main road was not an issue and the double glazing in room keeps the noise out. The continental breakfast was beautifully presented, very nice!

Keep as far to the left when leaving the steep driveway to avoid scraping under your car as I did.

A good sized room with a very comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom. All was very clean and well maintained, with everything supplied you'd need. Our hostess was unobtrusive but there when we had the odd question. Very good Continental breakfast.

Very accommodating and flexible - especially considering my challenging work hours.

The WiFi was patchy for about 3 hours at night however was really strong when I really needed it - when running an international workshop - so that was a relief!

Everything, it's located a stones throw from the city centre, the host was very welcoming, nothing any trouble, the continental style breakfast every morning was wonderful. Would stay again without a doubt.

Breakfast solution was great, would be good if there was a little card to fill out with preferences beforehand though, food was nice but we didn't eat some of it and it felt like a waste.

Antonia and Dave were lovely hosts. It was just a pity that the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions meant eating in our room but the breakfast was delicious and well presented.

Lovely B&B in Truro. Easy to find and hosts very welcoming. Exceptionally clean, beautiful decor, and great breakfast delivered to our door in a wonderful basket. Looking forward to staying here again in the future, I couldn’t fault it.
