Hello, fortunately I had a very nice and quiet hotel and I managed to love Pavarotti too, and the wine and the service were impeccable. I highly recommend the Dolina hotel as a place to relax.

The room was below decent standard, the owner was nasty. We received our room as planned but the pathway to the room was steep (no stairs) and difficult to access. The room itself smelled of mold, gas and smoke. The toilet seat and water tank was broken, the tap was rusted!!! We decided to leave the place and look for a different place to stay. When we asked to cancel our reservation or pay for only 1 night, we were refused. The owner insisted that this is the room we ordered and there is nothing he can do about it.

This quiet and peaceful hotel situated only 2 mins walk from the beach has everything you need for a relaxed holiday. Our room (Number 12) was excellent, with a balcony and sea views, it was spacious and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was huge. The gardens are well maintained and the pool is a delight. Like many hotels it is suffering from a lack of guests, particularly as this Hotel has relied ob guests from Ukraine in the past, so on top of CV-19 they are finding it tough going. But the owners and staff could not be more helpful. With less guests they could not maintain a chef so the food for lunch and dinner was basic but there are two restaurants within 5 mins walk. This is not Cesme, but Ilica beach, it is not a bit commercial and the beach is only visited by locals, so if you want peace and quiet this hotel and location is perfect. I would return to this hotel without a doubt.

The only fault was the lack of a full menu for lunch an dinner, but during our stay there were only between 2 and 4 other guests so we were very happy to adjust our expectations.

WC was broken and instead of an apology they said "there's nothing to do, that's our luck". There were bugs and a little lizard in the room. Minibar didn't work porperly. I would NEVER stay there again!!!
