Near to the Whistler Village

We had one noisy night - someone had a party upstairs

Spa bath was disgusting and even after housekeeping, and myself tried to clean it, it was still unusable. Apartment a bit tired and could do with a deep clean, but location was excellent and the resort as imagined.

We absolutely loved our 2 bedroom apartment. it was so spacious and beautifully decorated. Felt both cosy and modern. We loved the hot tub - it was so nice to relax in after a day exploring. The location was excellent with a supermarket across the street and lots of restaurants and bars. Whistler is beautiful and well worth a visit.

can’t sleep in main floor living cause of someone hot tub jets on all night

We weren’t allowed into the place until 4pm, most of our first day in Whistler was uneventful because on bookings.com it said availability of the place was 1pm. No one responded back to my request til the week before and I had someone email back to me passive aggressive saying that “if I want to look for another place I am able to get a refund”… a week before my check in.

Emily or whoever was emailing me… very rude and passive aggressive. She needs to work on her customer service skills and was late on responding back to my time requests. For my 1pm request it Went from in august - “What you requested can't be arranged ahead of time but Glacier's Reach by Whistler Retreats said they'll do their best to accommodate you upon arrival.” Changed from September 17th to - “ additional details: "Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to a minimum $50 fee. Rooms will be ready for occupancy between 4pm and 6pm on the day of arrival." When my booking was on September 24th…why didn’t they say that before? Why was last minute am I being told that I can’t be checked in earlier? I got the place for the hot tub and nowhere did it say we aren’t allowed in the hot tub after 10pm until we got there.

Location was brilliant. Short walk to village yet quiet in the evening.

Place could use some updating like fresh paint. Out door table and chairs were adequate but did not match the quality of the inside furnishings. Washer did not work properly. Showers absolutely sucked in terms of being soothing. Poor flow for showers.

Everything at the apartment and close proximity to the village.
