Very clean studio . Nice walk through a small field of a few sheep down to small riverside. Near Ham Wall reserve.

The studio was of a good size for us (2 friends and our 2 small dogs ). We only stayed one night due to it being fully booked either side of our stay but would stay longer happily. The place was very well appointed, equipped and planned out. Lovely gardens. We were greeted on arrival and then left to it as owners live on site. Great communication leading up to stay.

There was nothing not to like. There was a hiccup, as we had no bed linen for the sofa bed and by the time we realised this it was getting late. The owners had given a phone number but we decided to manage with our own blankets from car as it was a hot night and there were enough pillows to share. I would suggest bedding could be left in the drawers. Also hooks on the bathroom door would be useful. Dog owners: great for well behaved / trained dogs. There are 2 handsome owners dogs on site, plus chickens in housing adjacent to gardens plus sheep in the field ( gated adjacent to garden and part of the river walk) I only mention this, not as a negative but as a heads up.

The property was very clean, perfectly equipped and ideal for our overnight stay, the host Martin were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for what we were doing. Highly recommended.

There was nothing that we didn't like and wouldn't want to have any changes made. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area

Gorgeous property in a lovely location that was so peaceful and absolutely lovely to stay in. Spotlessly clean with lots of kind added extras like bread,milk and eggs. The eggs were fantastic. Fantastic hosts who were so helpful and we are definitely going to arrange to go back.

Martin and Sarah are lovely, welcoming hosts. We couldn't fault the accommodation or location. It was very peaceful, just right for a spell of R&R 😊👍

There was nothing not to like.

The accommodation was excellent, had everything we needed, facilities were good, would quite happily stay for a longer duration in the future.

The only thing was the little turn into the lane for access, we drove passed it twice despite the helpful directions, it's very easy to miss and the lane is quite tight.

Lovely hosts, beautiful views and delicious fresh eggs for breakfast. Our daughter loved the play area and chickens! Perfect little stop off on our way back from Cornwall. Thank you

It was in a lovely little spot & had everything we needed. A lovely place to stop & not far from Glastonbury town which is where we had an event on. We'll definitely stop again if we are down this way!

This was our 2nd trip here. Martin and Sarah are fantastic hosts. The apartment is exceptional and the grounds are so tranquil. We can't rate this place high enough. We have already booked for next year

Lovely quiet location but easy to access Glastonbury & Wells. The walk down to the river is really nice too. The studio was very cosy and well-stocked with milk, butter, eggs, bread galore! We were very impressed! Martin is super friendly and laid back too.

The wifi flitted in & out which was a bit of a pain considering we had a lack of phone signal too.
