It was easy check in and comfortable in all aspects. Breakfast was basic but perfectly balanced.

This hotel has very "nice reviews". It is sad that it is so new, yet you can smell the hallways and when the AC is not on, it stinks like a poopy toilet!!! I felt trapped so many days in this place. Some staff members are very friendly, like the lady who helped us get a taxi. However, she is the exception. I could never exercise, people went there to talk, rather than doing the exercise thing...The door closes sooooo hard and noisily every morning that you can never have peaceful sound sleep. I hated that!! IF you have a child with autism he or family member ( like my husband) this place is extremly noisy due to the proximity to the mottorway. I would not recommend this place.

I already said what I needed to say. There are no ceramic plates even though you have a microwave..... So you poison yourself with microplastics, there are no cups or anything.

It is very clean, rooms are spacious and staff are very friendly 😍

Location and a great breakfast

Could hear the people in the room above walking around and shutting doors, most of the night . Could hear the lift from our room. No sound proofing

window opened, which is important me me at night. It’s newly built and well thought out with fridge, microwave and night lights. Bed was comfortable with decent pillows. Nice sized Tv and hygiene care taken with plastic wrap around the remote. Breakfast was not bad, decent shampoo/ conditioner etc

our room was rather noisy - perhaps from the location of elevator & a/c constantly running even when I turned it off and the door was hard to open- stiff and very loud when closing so it seemed to slam and that might do some damage to a frail or very young person if their hand was caught. check in staff: one was busy and polite when she finally assisted me but the other did not attend to me even after I waited a while - customer always comes first…and when she eventually did bestow her assistance upon some guests, she was abrupt and unwelcoming; she needs a serious coaching moment. I did not see the value for a pretty basic room

Clean, good continental breakfast

Very loud. Neighboring rooms were loud, TV blaring through the wall all night, and traffic was very loud.
