Laundry room

It was a not so expensive hotel we stayed at when coming to a horse clinic with friends. It had a pool and a jacuzzi. However the jacuzzi that we were planning to use was out of order. The room was very big, we could fit perfectly in it. The bathroom was spacious too and the breakfast had a decent selection of things. We loved preparing waffles!

We were planning to use the jacuzzi by the pool but it was out of order, so we could not use it. The pool was ok but a little cold for the time we went.

I like that it was close to the venue and that there was a coffee maker, an ice bucket, fridge and microwave in the room.

There were cracks in the bathroom floor and they didn't clean the room because we stayed more than one night.

Well the staff ignored you, kind of just looked at you like what do you want.

That staff was rude. Didn’t care that when we checked in I told them about the sheet and blanket they just said oh ok. Then they went right back to talking to each other. I will be putting in more formal complaints and asking for a part refund.

They were extremely friendly upon check-in. We got a welcome baggie for the first time ever, which was nice. If the room was warmer it kinda had a musty smell but went away when we cooled off the room.

The pool was nice we went in first thing in the morning but it was awfully chilly. My son had no issues with it so it could have just been me.

I got stuck in the elevator for 10 min , I’m still eating for a $50 compensation that’s supposed to go back to my account

Booking.com messed up my reservation and I was not booked for the day I arrived. I was fortunate to have the pin number so a room was available. But the Inn was very busy and it was possible that I would not have a room. In the future, I will be booking my stay directly with the Inn.

Hard to locate facility and parking.
