We liked the place, hospitality & ambiance of the property. Basil was good with full of energy in assisting & supporting us with all our inquiries. We would recommend it to our family & friends. We would recommend more trees around the property to make it look greener and a nature-friendly homestay.

Very clean and safe. Set in an attractive landscape. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food very good and plenty of it. Ideal birding base as the owner/staff can arrange excellent bird guides, transport and early/late meals to suit your needs. You certainly do get value for money here.

We had a great time, its a very nice place at a beautiful location. Even birding from the rooftop was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can strongly recommend.

very quiet in the nature. lovely man who arranged food and chai for us. the owner was very lovely and drove us to our next destination. he was very warm and friendly and drove us home a lovely way through the best forest area we have seen here.

Peaceful location, lovely view from the room and terrace. We could choose to eat outside or at the table in our room. The room was large, clean & well-equipped. Food was plentiful and staff went out of their way to help us, which we really appreciated especially when I was unwell. Diju, the owner, arranged birding and sightseeing in the area, which we really enjoyed.

Initial room had poor wifi connection, but when we mentioned this, we were offered another room immediately.

It's really awesome place to stay with family. mini sweeming pool is great. Staff are very friendly.

An amazing birding stay at Jewel Homes Thattekad. Nice host, freshly prepared homemade tasty food, nice ambiance, very neat and tidy room. The guide arranged by host was well experienced and he spotted most of the birds from my list.
