My friends and I stayed for 3 nights at Jay’s property in Scottsdale for my bachelor party in May and it did not disappoint! The property was modern and nicely renovated, and existed in an ideal location 10 mins from Old Town Scottsdale and Talking Stick Casino. The backyard was probably my favorite part, as the pool, pool basketball, and screened-in room with ceiling fan were fun hangout spots. The master bedroom and bathroom were super nice, especially with the sliding door opening up to the pool. Taking into account the renovations, amenities, and location, this property felt like a huge steal for the price. My only criticism was that the check-in information was conveyed very late, up until a few hours before we checked in on the day of check-in. I’m not sure if that is customary, but I had to contact the host about this to get the information at the last second. Otherwise, he was very friendly and great at communicating. A great experience, would stay again!

My daughter had her Bridal Shower at the property. The house was big and spacious and the layout worked perfectly for what we needed.

The house was beautiful but the pool was not clean when we arrived and we struggled to get hot water and consistent WIFI. Maintenance was contacted and pool was cleaned promptly but hot water continued to be an issue. Only one person could shower and then we had to wait a bit. With taps on full hot you would only get warm water. Sinks would get no hot water, including Kitchen sink. Some kitchen supplies need replacing, we bought a frying pan at the dollar store as the one supplied was not in good shape.

I have never been to Arizona before, I don’t know much about the area and such. However, I thought the view of the mountains were breath taking. The backyard was perfect, the view and the set up. We were located within 10 minutes to the heart of Scottsdales where restaurants, activities, bars/ clubs were. The house felt clean. Laundry was available and both bath and pool towels. I would consider returning to this house if I make my way back to the area!

We really enjoyed our stay.. this is an exceptional VRBO with a very family friendly layout and pool.
The home was clean, modern & updated throughout, and was very family and activity friendly.
Its in a good location with easy access to highways, grocery stores & retail attractions, and easy to get back to the home… the pool is great for families and kids, and is visible from the kitchen and family gathering areas.
Pool was definitely in good condition, with safe features for kids, and was well maintained.
Plenty of towels & supplies, and good location for Phoenix Sporting Events and activities.
We really had a good stay and definitely enjoyed this home and pool.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager was prompt in answering all my quesitons before we arrived. The home has a beautiful lay out , very open and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The host provided great tips on where to eat, hike and see the sights The pool was very warm and clean. Highly recommend. Price was so reasonable. Next time we need to stay longer!

I usually do not leave reviews unless it is exceptional or horrible. This place was horrible. The pool was dirty with scum. I complained to the owner and he said the “manager” would clean it. Never was cleaned. My teenage boys would not even swim in the pool. No lights in the back yard so you could not enjoy the cool evenings. No lights in the back-yard patio. I advised the manager, he said “oh sorry”… but yet the lights were not replaced. Windows were filthy. The ad says totally renovated. No. Maybe the entrance and the kitchen. Holes in the walls, dirty walls, filthy windows. The tracks in the master bedroom was so full of dirt - disgusting. The dishes were dirty had to clean them before we used them. Could not find a sharp knife anywhere. We rented for 7 days, not enough garbage bags, not enough dish washer soap. I have many pictures that I wish I could post so that you could see for yourself. Would not book in the future.

All in all the property is as advertised. It’s a great house, great location and the property managers were on it and very informative. Great people to work with and would highly recommend this place to anyone at anytime. We plan on staying here again no question!!

This property was absolutely perfect. We came with a group of girls for a girls trip and couldn’t have had a better time. The living room / kitchen area was great for all of us to hangout together and play games. Kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners. Enough mirrors and bathroom space for all of us to get ready at. The hosts sent over some great recommendations and answered all questions quickly leading up to our trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a girls weekend
Spent the weekend here with a group of girlfriends. There was plenty of space for all of us and the home was spotless. The communication, check in, and check out process was as smooth as it gets. The pool and covered porch made for great afternoons. It was a 5-10 min drive from everything you could need during your stay. We all hope to come back here again for another visit to Scottsdale!

Beautiful property and location!!
This house is truly unbeatable! The location, cleanliness and amenities were all 5+ stars! Close to PHX airport, Old Town, shops and nearby breath taking mountains and views. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Plus, communication with the owners was fantastic and they are so nice and helpful! My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette party and I couldn't say enough good things, it was hands down our favorite VRBO house and location! Don't think twice, book this while it's still available for your dates!

This house was perfect for our girls’ trip. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Jay was a very accommodating host. Was a quick Uber ride to Old Town— no need to rent a car. I would definitely stay there again!

Fantasy Football Draft
We had a great stay here for our fantasy football draft. Good amount of living space for everyone, sleeping was a little tight but worked out fine. Backyard was good but the pool was dirty and way too hot in August to really spend much time out there anyways. Would definitely stay here again.
