Convenient, clean & quiet!

This condo was close to everything we wanted to do. Rafting, kayaking, Ruby falls, Rock city just to name a few. Walking distance to nice restaurants & very close to many more. So very very clean, which is something I always complain about. We will definitely be back & hope to have Candace to work with again. 5+ stars.

This location was perfect for what my family and I had planned. Just a few minutes in each direction got us to most all of what Chattanooga had to offer. Very nice home, clean and the community was nice and friendly.

Everything was as listed and even better! I had trouble checking in, but once the host was notified, it took less than 2 min to get it all sorted out. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when we visit!

Beautiful property; excellent location.

The neighborhood was very clean and quiet and just a 10 minute drive to Ross' Landing and downtown Chattanooga. Travelling with another family, we were able to secure the condo next door which was super convenient. The condo was well appointed and very clean, and decorated very trendy. There were large tv's on every floor so we could all chill out and watch movies after a full day cheering on family at the IronMan!

This was the perfect place to stay with another family!

The townhouse was clean, fresh, new, and had all we needed for a fun New Years Eve weekend stay.

My family and I were stayed here for my daughter's soccer tournament. The property was convenient to the field as well as restaurants and shopping. The property was really clean and decorated very well. It has three levels so would not recommend for families with young children or elderly family members.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of this property and loved how convenient the location was! We loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the balcony and watching the sunset! We would definitely book this property again!

The house was clean. Well stocked kitchen with everything we could possibly need. Loved the location! Definitely would stay again!

A little hard to confirm if we would be approved for an early check in, but worked out in the end. We loved our stay. We could not turn off lights over kitchen island. Also, The air conditioner on second level would not adjust.

We needed a place that would be big enough to sleep 5 people and this nice place did exactly that! This condo has all the amenities and more that you would need for a comfortable stay and it is super close to down town. I know many times we have booked a place to stay and while the description says it can accomodate 5 people, it really only has 2 comfortable sleeping arrangements but this place had enough rooms and rollaway beds to cover everyone in the family.

Overall very nice! Although couch and chairs on kitchen level, quite uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and had plenty of space to spread out as a family of four (2 kids 7-10). Candace was great with communication and the condo was very nice. We were within a 5-10 minute drive for almost everything--downtown Chattanooga, Ruby Falls, Rock City, etc. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back in the future.

Check in is simple, location is in an area that still has other townhouses under construction. Had a little trouble on one night with some kids renting an adjacent unit being too loud and making parking difficult but I believe that to be a one time situation. Other than this, it's super quiet. Home was clean, thoughtfully decorated and stocked. Had ample supplies for dishes and complimentary toiletries. Each floor had its own temp remote and was very easy to heat and cool. FYI, this is a 3 story unit. Bottom floor has one bedroom (queen) with a locking door, with a non connected bathroom (stand up shower). 2nd floor is kitchen, laundry closet and living area with you first balcony. 3rd floor is the master and has no door (open plan), a balcony, bathroom with a door and shower/tub combo. I only mention these because I wasn't 100% clear on it and any knee or back issues might hurt some people. Stairs are a little steep and I believe there are close to 20 per floor, be cautious with only socks as my husband slipped once. Overall very happy and a great value. Would 100% go back.

The property was beautiful and exactly how the pictures portrayed it! It was in a great location close to all nearby attractions! Candace was very responsive and provided tons of places to visit and eat at! Definitely would recommend this property to others!

Had a relaxing time and enjoyed the peace and quiet, plus the room to move around in the unit, unlike a hotel.

We stayed for 3 days in Chattanooga to see what the city had to offer. We actually spent a couple of days here last year and decided to come back. The townhouse we stayed in was very clean and as described.

This property is beautiful and close to downtown. Also Located in a nice area. The property manager was very responsive and very informative! I highly recommend this property.

Rental is located within just a short drive to children's entertainment areas, ie; zoo, aquarium, children's museum.
