Nothing very bad service

Very pathetic and bad service not a single cleaning staff available, Specially the manager dipanshu most irritating after ordering breakfast he 3 or 4 times asked then served breakfast after 2 hrs . Every night they do party at cafe at guest hve to suffer for that. They didt provide food for child also and no kettle in room as it mentioned it will be there

There was only one person to do everything.service was really bad.

The owner was a very nice person so was his staff They have amazing cafe decor.

.They gave me a room on 3rd floor.4th floor have a cafe. Till 1 am there were guest at their cafe talking loudly and laughing out. Couldn't sleep. The next day morning I got to know there was no water in bathroom. Once they fixed it, There was no hot water. They brought a bucket from some other room but it was not hot either. Instead of 7 am, i left hotel at 11. If you have a flight or train to catch. Be very cautious I cut short my stay to one day.

Dipanshu ,the alrounder is wonderful at work ,hats off to him for his hard work👍
