Very clean and nice amenities and super sweet touch of chocolate chip cookies when we checked in at the front desk.

We checked in to our room and the heat was turned on instead of the AC. We chalked it up to housekeeping moving quickly not the end of the world. However the true kicker was the strong and undeniable smell of the room. Once you were in the room a while you didn’t notice. But the smell lingered on our clothes.

Veronica she work the front desk was amazing always greeted me by my name showed me around the property she went out of her way to help the customers. 👏

Didn't like where the sink faucet was in the bathroom (not in the center off to the side) water everywhere

Location was very convenient with the purpose of my travel.

Room assigned by reservation was not acceptable. The room assigned was not ready. Bed was not made, trash receptacle was full of trash, towels in the bathroom were scattered all over the floor, certainly evidence that the room was not ready. The other room assigned lacked lighting and was noisy. A/C or heating unit was not properly working. There were no chairs where to sit, had to sit on the bed.
