This is our second stay at this location and we loved our stay the first trip, made sure to book here again! The staff is very welcoming, and super helpful in anything we need. I love the fact that it's a nice and quiet area. Very clean. The breakfast is a plus for our family of 6!! I honestly don't have any complaints.

The location was nice and Linda, who checked us out, was amazing.

I called the front desk twice every time our flight was delayed to say we would be later and later (ended up being 2:30 AM). Both times they said it would be fine, no problem, they would note the account. I got there and the guy who checked us in told me firstly that "no, you did not prepay" and "i'll have to reinstate your reservation because you can't check in this late". Then none of our keys worked (two separate rooms). He was very rude, instead of saying "there is an issue between what booking.com is showing and what our system is showing" he just kept telling me that I did not prepay even though I showed him the full charge that went through two weeks earlier. The checkout person, Linda (who was great) said they reversed the charges and could completely see my prepayment. DO NOT BOOK with this hotel if you've already prepaid.

Breakfast was excellent! I wish the pancake machine was working but Yolanda made a great breakfast. Front desk staff were very friendly! Location was very convenient.

Water pressure was not so good. Perhaps because we were on the 3rd floor?

Room was not cleaned when we returned that evening. Had to go get necessities from the front desk. Towels, toilet paper, soap..etc...
