I'm so blessed we found this reasonably priced apartment in Oludeniz. It was comfortable, clean, included a much needed washer, the view from our room overlooked the beautiful courtyard and the mountains at a distance. I was able to wash my clothing and hang it on the balcony to dry during the day, as well as prepare some small snacks and fruits in my room. The AC was strong and their were no odors or unpleasant findings. Overall the area was quiet and my only regret is that I didn't book the room sooner so I could have it for the entire time I was in the area. It's a very family friendly apartment hotel, with breakfast available at a minimal charge. It's a delicious breakfast prepared by a sweet old woman and her husband. The owner who runs the apartment is a wonderful, very helpful woman who communicates well in English. The apartment was reasonably priced compared to other options in the area. I will surely stay here on any future trips to the Fethiye/Oludeniz area again.

Room was spacious, clean, modern, stylish and had a fridge and hot water shower. Location was quiet and because we had a rental car, it was an ideal location and easy drive to both Ölüdeniz and Fethiye. We travelled all over Turkey and aside from our cave hotel, it was our favorite place we stayed. I highly recommend this place!

suitable hotel for families and the neighbourhood is quiet. the room is cleaned daily. you can reach the minibus which goes to Ölüdeniz in 7 min by foot.

For the price, Sunset Apart otel is a great option. The room i got was clean, recently renovated with everything you need. It's a shame i only stayed one night.

The staff were so lovely always saying hello and greeting you by name, such a nice little hidden gem and the rooms were lovely and cleaned daily with fresh towels and even toilet roll which you don’t usually get in self catering ☺️ Thank you for a lovely stay

Unfortunately, we stayed there only for a night, but it was a very pleasant stay. The room was very spacious, and consisted of a main bedroom, a bathroom, and a big kitchen with 3 more beds.
The amenities were very good for a hotel. They did provide an electric kettle, and I think there was a cooktop as well, though I'm not sure. There was your typical fridge + freezer combo that worked as it should, and everything was clean.
I didn't have time to find anything I didn't like, to be honest.

The apartment had a decent kitchen and a working washing machine. Beds were comfortable.
There were problems with electricity and shower as well as check in wasn’t smooth. They have a barking dog and no one at the reception, we had to call them all the time. We understand that it is off season, but would appreciate if someone would give us all information during check in ( that there is some details to having hot water, or electricity shutting off).
