The hospitality is beyond expectations.

I payed using card. My bank notified me through a text that the payment was deducted but the cashier told me it wasn’t payed I am still looking forward to be refunded.

The beach was clean, food was excellent and the staff hospitable.

The room, bathrooms and the bed could have been better.

Effort on the food and beverage manager to create a mini birthday celebration for my grandson was really exceptional and hugely appreciated the way he managed to keep a surprise , with singers , cake , drinks and snacks . Truly something he will remember always .

Facilities and helpful staff

The resort was very rustic and perfect to explore the surrounding area and to just relax with a cocktail. The service was always great and the breakfast and dinner had a wide selection of food. Perfect for families and couples.

Beautiful from the moment you walk in. Great staff all around, reception, Salome, the garden and pool staff, the waitresses. They were friendly and very helpful. The variety of restaurants and events. My 2 night stay was too short and should have brought my son. He would love it there as well. I see why the resort has won Best Restort for multiple years.

The water from the shower was salt water, you would need a lot of soap to have a good shower

We booked a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool which was excellent. The living room, bedrooms and pool were very good. Cleanliness was very good. Overall the villa experience was excellent. Resort had some good private and quiet lounges for sitting. Friday night beach side dinner location was good and entertaining. Acrobatic show was vey good.

The villa water supply in bathrooms was brackish which made life very difficult. Brushing teeth, showering etc was not pleasant at all. Fortunately bottled water was provided to make tea/coffee. The location of the property is good but the beach is rocky and hardly good for swimming so we did not at all go into the water. Rock was also slippery. Although the beach was supposed to be private however you could see some locals roaming around so safety of property was of concern. Breakfast/lunch/dinner was average not worthy of a 5 star resort. Poolside evening complimentary tea was average. Lots of flies around food.
