Wonderful friendly hosts. Amazing breakfasts, we had the Japanese and the Western, both were fantastic. Immaculately clean room with comfortable beds.

Even better than free pick up ,the B&B owner took us to find our luggage which was lost in the station,
took us to the famous sping in the night,
took us to the location restaurant to have dinner,
took us to the Art Gallery ,
took us to the train station.
The owner is a gentleman,the lady is so brilliant,sweet , lovely.No matter when you arrive at the hotel,she will always welcome your arrival.
The most wonderful thing is having the breakfast.What a great day it is,delicious and beautiful food. Thank you so much!

Hostess spoke good English and was accommodating of extra requests like luggage storage, swapping rooms. Also provided a homemade breakfast next day. The rooms were comfortable and had patio on garden side. Bathroom was spacious and clean.
Was a bit hard to find signs to hotel when driving there.

Very well located for the places we wanted to visit in and around Karuizawa. The host were very hospital in a lovely Japanese way, and we had a choice of Japanese or western style breakfast. We chose the latter, since we prefer to eat Japanese style later in the day, and it was excellent! Laundry service was offered here, and it was very swift - we put our dirties out in the evening and they were done the next morning.

When we told the host that we don’t eat meat or seafood, they made a western style breakfast especially for our family. It was really delicious. Thank you so much for the effort!

The elderly couple managing the hotel were extremely friendly. We weren't able to come by car because it started snowing, but they accepted to drive us around and thanks to them we had an amazing weekend! The food was also lovely.

The hotel is cmall but very cozy. Location is great. Quiet and green area.
Japanese style breakfast was amazing. All food was very delisious and cooked from the local products.
Unlike as big hotels, here you can relax in silence.

Has apple TV with netflex/Hulu and many more.
A little expensive. About 2000JPY too expensive per person in my opinion.
No ashtray outside/inside the facility so a bit hard to smoke.

The staff at this BnB were lovely. A pickup/dropoff service on request, a fantastic Japanese style breakfast and a lot of green and flowers to accentuate the view. If you think this place is a "maybe", it's a "yes". Trust me.
One warning though: if you are a very large foreigner, or you are not used to Japanese-sized rooms, the actual room may strike you as a little small. But they are larger than a business hotel, so it's not bad at all.
