The amenities were great and the rooms were big

The air conditioning was in aa timed setting that we could not change. It was most inconvenient during this heat.

The overall stay was verry bad, the host is crazy and has a reputation on the estate, she treated me like a child, bullied me, discriminated against my disabled brother and elderly mother, didn't allow any guests, there is more but i will put it in my complaint i will be making.

The host being better organised, less rude and discriminative and the property is falsely advertised.

The community

There was nothing to like the host is very rude and don’t know how to talk to anyone and when you leave the premises and come back there’s always someone at the apartment as soon as we leave without our knowledge and when you talk to the host she would say just leave my premises. The ac is another thing as soon as you’re quiet it’s off and she sets everything on timer even the hot water. And if you’re afraid of lizards and roaches it’s not the place to be. Miss Dyer is not a nice person to deal with any problem at her premises and you complain she would tell you that you’re the one who did it smh. I remember one day me and my family went out and no one told us that someone would be at the house we were so scared at first until we noticed it was the cleaning lady and a man they opened the door and went in whenever they want to they don’t respect anyone to say anything we were treated as if we were squatters and as if we didn’t pay our money this is my worst experience going to Jamaica. Another thing the washing machine are lacked away and if we want to use it we would have to pay 70 US dollar she also told us that if we messed up one of her towels it would be 70 U.S. dollars. And we couldn’t even have any visitors smh at the gate it’s always a problem coming through every time we of to give our full name and I was told it’s just the host is the problem we wanted our Neice to come and stay for a few days and she charged 400 dollars extra. Utensils is very bad, beds and sofas is no good it’s just too much going on with miss dyer premises!

Everything thing was good until it was time for her to send back my damaged refund of $200.00. I had to reach out to her to ask about my money and she said she tried to call me which wasn't ture. She said there was a broken glass. I took pictures of the entire house including the dishes. There was nothing broken or missing. She said she would send me the upload and never did. I had to file a complaint against the owner of this property.

A nice, clean property in a great location.

Rooms extremely hot since the AC doesn’t stay on. Host/Owner is very rude and has absolutely no care for your customer experience.

very spacious with plenty rooms.Very close to Ocho Rios. it was also very safe

The House was not very clean. The Showers were filthy and had dirt and hair in the corners.Also the house was very hot because the air conditioning was on a 2 hour timer and would not stay on.

inconsistencies with the times and payment arrangements and found it was a bit intrusive with the house keeping staff being at the apartment for so long every day houskeeping staff wdre very polite and pleasant but the owner was qjite abrupt
