The location was excellent. Loved the pool and swim up bar. We were provided sufficient towels, linen and toiletries for our stay. The kitchen had all that we needed eg. plates, cups, pots, forks etc. The unit was clean and the rooms were very spacious. Loved the patio/balcony it provided a beautiful view of the property and beyond.

The cleanliness, the staff. Nadine was so wonderful. The moment I met her she was just so amazing. Pauline is such a gift from heaven..i will forever stay here

Nadine was extremely nice and helpful. She went above and beyond. She is wonderful at her job as well as a great person, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting her.

Being on the third floor but the pro to that was the view.

The location of the apartment was perfect!

There was no air conditioning.

I like that Nadine was fully accessible we called her to ask her questions and she answered and she was being honest, it was very hospitable, warm and comfy. It was really clean when we got there the bathrooms were impeccable there was hot water and cold water if you wanted it. There were pots and pans plates and cups. There were also cleaning agents just in case you made a mess so there was bleach and fabuloso and dishwashing liquid and sponges and everything to make you feel comfortable like your home there are sheets and towels and if you wanted to wash your clothes there was a laundromat somewhere around the area. It was also located in like the center of the town so you can easily walk out and go get something it's not far from civilization and everything was right there it's was surrounded by many attractions Dunn's River Turtle River Park Mystic mountains plus a whole lot more....

when we got there there only one of the AC was working, on the website it says that we would have had two twin beds and the king size downstairs and the pull-out couch when we got there there was one double bed and a king size bed and the couch, the light went frequently the generator couldn't keep up, there was no entertainment.

The value and the location. Also the size of the room. Issues were addressed in a reasonable amount of time.

There was no hot water for a couple days and the WIFI was poor at best. Could never really watch TV. Also, property could use a update.

Place was clean n cozy. Host was very nice.

Staircase rail needs repair

Nadine was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us out by connecting us with a local shop owner so we could purchase food to cook when all the major grocery stores were already when we arrived.
