Er hangt een zeer onaangename tabaksgeur in de ruimte

Très bien situé à 7mn à pied de la gare SNCF et de la place St Louis et du centre historique. Dans la partie calme de la rue. Le lit immense et confortable.

Un investissement s'impose quant au choix des oreillers pour matcher la qualité de la literie. Des stores qui ne descendent pas jusqu'en bas des fenêtres. Un des stores est manquant. Un volet fait défaut. Un seul petit verre et 1 seule mug. La barre de douche trop basse qui ne permet pas de se tenir debout sous la douche dans la baignoire. La porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas. Un coup de rabot serait nécessaire..Des petits travaux qui permettraient de justifier le prix qui est demandé.

Schöne Wohnung mit großem und sehr bequemem Bett in guter Lage.

Kommunikation mit Vermieter war nicht so toll. Die Infos zum Check in kamen sehr spät und telefonisch war nur die Mailbox erreichbar. Eine persönliche Rückmeldung kam nicht, stattdessen müssen Check in und Check out meiner Meinung nach unnötig kompliziert in mehreren Schritten über ein online-System (Namen habe ich vergessen) abgewickelt werden, das keinen Raum für eventuelle Rückfragen lässt.

-One shutter missing and the curtains are not covering the windows fully. Barely no privacy and street lights during night + sunrise at 5am -Cleaning is so-so... Dust in every corner and under the bed, huge mold around the work surface and the sink in the kitchen. Mold in the bathroom. -Noisy street (busy with traffic even at night, several cars stopping with radio on and yelling to neighbours) [not owner's fault but that must be said regarding the district], noisy fridge in the same room as the bed [we had to unplug it] -Pillows are worn-out and need a change. No mixer tap in the bathtube...in 2023. -Pricy when considering the level of cleaning compared to a hotel room at that price. -Pictures are misleading with regard to the overall condition of the apartement

location, location, location. the bed was very comfortable. good wifi.

steep stairs. a little warm without A/C. had a little trouble getting access, but that was my fault. a fan would be a nice addition.

Wonderful location, huge and comfortable bed all the facilities was working properly.

Under the bed is extremely dirty and there isn't a proper curtains for those big windows.

Super easy, keybox, u need a App for that but Super easy to Do it, recommend it:)

The location was excellent and room size very generous. The 3 flights of spiral stairs were challenging with a suitcase but added to the charm of the building.

There were a few things missing that were stated as included for example ironing facilities, complimentary fruit, tea and coffee. The fan was useless as the power plug was British so could not be used without an adapter.
