great location, perfect breakfast (even gluten free possible) and the staff is great. We rented the hotel bikes and they were great and well maintained. The look and feel of the hotel is perfect and it smells really nice.

So clean and cozy, the location is perfect and the staff are super friendly -special thanks to Manuel who provided an excellent help during my stay. The breakfast was very good as well. In nutshell, I highly recommend it.

The fire alarm in the room keeps flashing in the dark, but the staff nicely offered an eye mask to help resolve the issue as for safety reasons they can't stop it 😅

Incredible place to stay! all the stuff from reception up to kitchen & waiters extremely helpful - we’ve came to check in at 8.30am due to early flight & receptionist made sure to have the room ready for us in matter of minutes! the next day she also helped us with renting the car and it was available within 1h in the door of the hotel! Beds very comfortable, the room was spacious. location within minutes walking from the centre of Palma & just near the bus stop to get to farer parts by bus. Breakfast fulling & good quality. Will recommend to everyone booking this hotel!

The rooms very nice and clean. Comfortable temperature. Amazing mattresses. Bathroom with a view to the exterior of the property. Breakfast was excellent and quite inexpensive!

Nothing! It really was a perfect spot.

Loved this hotel the staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is just right about 10 minutes to the centre so goodnights sleep. The only thing that let it down was the lift not working as we were on the 3rd floor and because it was Christmas they couldn't do anything about it.

Everything! The customer service at the front desk and restaurant was amazing - the staff even decorated our room with towel swans and rose petals as they knew it was our anniversary! The receptionists gave us lots of recommendations of where to go in Palma and they also provided me with pins for my clothes when I needed them in an emergency. Our bedroom and bathroom was a great size, with 2 balconies. The bed was very comfy and the TV had Netflix and Amazon Prime. The breakfast wasn't included in the price (it was €9 per person) but it was great value and it included fruit, orange juice, coffee/ tea and 2 of either eggs of your choice, traditional bread, sweet pastries or yogurt with muesli. The restaurant had great food options for a great price and the bar in the evening was fantastic too.
