The villa was very nice and comfortable. Especially the terrace was super big and convenient. The landlord is also very friendly and even treated us to a BBQ!

The description states that the house is within walking distance about 15 minutes from the beach, but it is rather about 40 minutes. So we went out and went to the sea by cab, but fortunately it costs only 10€ per car.

We headed to Villa Greco with 10 persons, and our stay was even better than we imagined it to be. Before we went to Greece, there was some uncertainty about if we would be able to go to Greece because of the COVID-crisis, and therefore we had many questions, but our host Yiannis or his son John answered any question we had really quickly. Yiannis organized a transfer for us from the airport to the villa, so when we arrived at Crete a minibus was already waiting for us. When we arrived at the villa, we were amazed about how big and luxury it was. Every room had air-conditioning, comfortable beds and an own bathroom. The living room had multiple comfortable couches and a pool table which we used quite a lot. The kitchen was also quite big and had among others a dishwasher. We only used the kitchen to eat our breakfast because 5 minutes walking of the villa you had a little square with around 6 restaurants which served really good and cheap Greek food. Because of the heatwave we spent a lot of time at the pool area which next to the pool and very comfortable sunbeds even had a separate fridge in which we could keep our beers. During our stay our host Yiannis was very kind to us and if we had any questions, we could just knock on his door which was very convenient. He even hosted a delicious barbecue for us and his other son Leonidas took us on a safari to see more of Crete. We really enjoyed the hospitality of Yiannis and our stay at Villa Greco!

The hosts of the villa were great (John and his father). Due to the coronacrisis we had to let John's father stay in one of the rooms but this wasn't a problem as the villa was so big that we had enough space for the 10 of us and he respected our privacy very much. The father hosted a barbeque, changed our beds and provided some snacks now and then. He was more of a help than a bother so it was actually nice that he stayed in the house. John was also really friendly and we could ask him or his father for anything during our stay. The rooms are big and all have airconditioning and a big shower. The pool is very clean as well as the jaccuzi. The pooltable was well used and we had the option to play other games as well. We had a lovely time and we're considering coming back next year!

The villa didn't have an actual adress so that was a bit of a bother while ordering food. John however, gave us a description in Greek to give to the cab drivers so we could always find our way back home. You should ask him to do the same for you as well.

We were in this villa with 10 girls for a week and we had an amazing time! The villa is very big and gorgeous. We spent a lot of time at the swimming pool: the villa has comfortable sunbeds with big towels, so we didn’t need to use our own. Every bedroom has its own nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Also the kitchen is big enough and has everything you need. The owners of the villa also stayed in the villa, in a private part with a closed door in between. They are the most lovely people and they did everything they could to make our stay perfect. We absolutely loved it!

There was nothing disappointing.
