The lobby is great is so relaxing we spend a lot of time there with friends and also the bartender she es the best.

Elevators are super slow Water pressure super low, Desk was dirty- grabbed a hand towel to clean it and the towel was stained with a nasty color.

There was no breakfast. The bathroom had no door. The facility was mediocre at best

My tv did not work for the 3 days I stayed. They arremoted to fix it but it kept going out. I was with my handicap bro which required handicap room so couldn't change rooms. The bed was not comfortable. Mattress kept sliding around and needing adjustment

There was not any continental breakfast of any kind. There wasn't any kind of fruits or breakfast bars. The place is to beautiful not to offer breakfast. The room was very beautiful BUT it do not have a microwave.

The property was in immaculate condition. Upon arrival we were greeted by Courtney who was an absolute gem. The entire staff was polite, professional, and personable. Such a convenient location to all the great features of Katy.

The property was in a central location of Katy. Plenty to do around but also if you wanted to be in central Houston, the drive wasn’t too far. Great location

To have the mall across the street was a huge bonus. Just about everything you would need is there. The location of this hotel was great. It didn't appear to be in a high crime area. I was able to go for a run on the nearby boardwalk. There is Buckey's nearby as well i recommend visiting it will be well worth it. For the value its a very nice place.

I can't think of anything disappointing about this place.

I had to ask for an iron and a ironing table, the room does not come with these facilities.

No coffee was available downstairs for the guests, coffee machine was broken. The pool was unavailable. No breakfast only snacks for purchase.

The showers are a bit dangerous, the shower floors are so slippery. The microwave is not convenient and the workers are deceptive. The lady that checked me out basically lied to my face and I was home before I got that answer. Not accommodating at all.
