Breakfast and location were just fine.

I have stayed in this same facility in the past but I was VERY disappointed that this time the room was not serviced by housekeeping each morning, as was done before. I had expected new towels and the bed straightened when I returned after being away all day at a nearby event. When checking out, I asked about the lack of service and was told that just within the last couple of months, policy had been changed to only provide service for stays of 3 or more nights. When I asked the clerk why I wasn't told about the new policy when I checked in, she shrugged her shoulders and had no reply.

They show on the greeting commercial that staff is continually cleaning the elevators for sanitation purposes. I made sure we always used the stairs.

It’s only a treadmill and 3 pairs of weights in the “fitness center”. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken the WHOLE duration of my stay. The 1st day my daughter had to take a cold shower. The refrigerator in our room obviously was broken because the freezer melted our ice cream. The television freezes while watch and you have to physically turn it off for it to reboot. I had to rooms and I’m actually glad they’re rates are higher and we have to leave this property. They don’t have a printer for guest. How do you know if I want what I’m printing to be sent to a hotel email address. Added - this morning I come down because I needed something printed because remember a printer for guest wasn't available. I wait almost 6 minutes for someone from the front desk to come out. I look to my left she's starting to walk down the hall chewing and convering with her coworker. The document is finally printed. Walk over to the breakfast area to grab my daughter a small bite and a roach is on the wall above the food. So we end our stay hungry and wondering if we brought anything with us!

everything was fine and breakfast was great but the ax wasn’t working well

They had held an amount on my card over my bill amount.

Better cleanliness. The room smelled very poorly. Found a total of 3 roaches during our stay, left them dead on the floor and each time we returned the dead roaches were still there.

Great staff! The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and fresh.

Mold in the bathroom ceiling and roof painting on the bedroom ceiling was unsettling once I saw the black mold n the bath room I couldn’t under it
