They Did nor even serve the breakfast which was included in my bill amount which I had paid to fab hotels

Excellent stay. Specially the staff was amazing. The staff from front desk helped a lot throughout the stay and food was amazing at 24@43. Recommended my friend and family.

The staff was helpful. The breakfast was really nice and overall the experience was good. We will consider the place for our next trip. The staff was co-operative and the quality of service provided was good.

Had an wonderful stay at Hotel Prime Cloud 9. The care and prompt service by the housekeeping staff & team was top class! The well kept rooms, clean and efficient room service, and attention to details stood out! Wonderful experience! Thanks!!!

This property booking is fraud and I had the worst experience ever. Please stop cheating the people on the name of OYO. They denied the entry and told that this is Roseman hotels & suiets and were not accepting the booking. They asked for thrice the price and I had no other choice left with me. I have paid the amount and stayed there.
Booking should stop such type of property. This is damaging the brand.

Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

Nothing every thing disaster
This hotel is scam i book through booking.com but when I reach hotel they refuse to give me room and told me that we will not give rooms on this price which i book they as for me double price and told me to pay cash .
At night their was no choice bcoz i reach at 11pm so I pay them double price and they told me they not accepting online booking through booking .com bcoz this is under Oyo hotel and i don't know what conflict going on between hotel and Oyo they not accepting Oyo booking and toldme to pay extra for room .
When i pay extra i thought room would be good but it was very dirty linen which they never change from long time and its smell previous guest perfume and no bathroom amenities no towels no water no breakfast .
In my opening this hotel is scam and please try to remove it from booking .com as soon as possible otherwise they will make people' fool like this and will as extra money from online guest.

Nothing and not even a single thing.
Each and everything . Neither the staff was cooperative and in additional we have changed room almost three times and the room was not clean . We waited there almost for 45 mins infact i have booked the room a day before of staying. If possible than i want my refund.
