An excellent hotel. The spa is quite sufficient. The room was very comfortable. If you want to feel special, it's the right choice! If we come to San Sebastian again, we will definitely stay here.

pas d'accueil au spa, pas de vestiaires, il faut deviner comment ça marche et se débrouiller. Également la poignée de porte de ma chambre ne tenait pas, comme le mitigeur de la douche qui sont restés dans ma main à la première utilisation. Bref c'est beau, un bar bien fourni de snacks à 4€, mais pas de service et des chambres probablement gérées à un rythme trop rapide.

Petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon. Très très bon emplacement.

Parking réservé à l'hôtel. On a eu la chance d'avoir une place dans votre parking.

Good location and very clean.

We booked 2 normal rooms for 2 couples, one room was normal sized with a double bed, but the other room was super small with a tiny bed. When I went to the reception to see if we could switch rooms, the lady was very unfriendly and very unhelpful. She also said both rooms had queen size beds, but it was obvious to the naked eye that was not the case, we could barely fit on the bed. Would not recommend this hotel

Glass screen behind the bed. You could see into the bathroom, no privacy. Pool area needs attention, not very welcoming.

Nice hotel, with almost new equipment, good breakfast and a comfortable wellness.

The wellness opens at 10 but the sauna at 10 is 38 degree Celsius warm, so only from 11 could be used! The breakfast is every day the very same, which could be after a few days boring! The hotel is not far from downtown, but the neighbourhood is not so very nice!

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The bedroom was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was equally as impressive.

Incorrectly charged for minibar items we did not consume. Have since read other reviews stating the same thing happened to them, or worse. Avoid this hotel as they may well scam you.

Fabulous stay. Hotel is situated on a very quiet street approximately 10 min walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Staff helpful and knowledgeable.

There is no bar on site - however a very well stocked mini bar in your room.

Very badly designed rooms. Nowhere to put your things. Had to kneel on a hard floor to operate the safe. Open plan bathroom is a very bad idea with too much disturbance for the other person in the room. I have no idea why the shower on the wall only goes up to waist hight which was a problem for washing hair and we do not use/like the ceiling shower! Lack of a head board was another problem.
