Really nice house with lots of space for 3 or more people. We missed nothing, it was a great stay!

we could have used more cups and dishes - with our group of 8 people we struggled a little by using all the dishes 2 meals in a row. We ended up using wine glasses as water cups! 😂

Location, bedrooms with bathrooms and rooftop deck all great. Nice design with kitchen and living space and parking. Neighbors were nice.

The carpet was stained in places.

The owner left a FAQ book that was very helpful navigating the house and check out processes. Everything was clean and comfy. We had 6 of us, and we were all very impressed. With the house itself, and all the amenities. Everything we could have needed was there for us to use!!!!

Excellent place to stay! On a cold night, it was lovely to walk in to a warm fire glow and lovely accommodations. This place is exactly as described, new, modern comfortable and quiet. Easy to park and come/go. Everything was spotless and perfectly appointed. Even some nice snacks and beer were waiting for me. I will look forward to staying here again!!

Sparkling clean, gorgeously brand new, and enough to make it homey and very comfortable without any “extra” tchotchkes or clutter. I wish the wind was less so we could take advantage of the rooftop fireplace - just means there has to be a next time. Excellent value and great location too. Thank you Justin!

This place is amazing! Great location, close to all the fun Fort Collins has to offer, with fabulous amenities, decor, and more! Would recommend this place to anyone staying in foco for a weekend or even longer, the house is equipped with everything you need and the host is quick to respond and very helpful, even has a nice binder in house full of great info about the town and the home!
