The room was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Coffee is always available.

I loved that this hotel is close to decent food options and there's a shopping mall just a block away. The hotel itself was nice.
It was great that they have a Peloton bike in the gym and the front lobby is really clean and spacious. It was awesome to have a large table area for folks that need to get a bit of work done.
Also, last but not least, the lady that checked me in was a gem! She was really nice and curious about my bike race event (which is why I was in town.) All weekend, we would chat every time we encountered each other. Super nice lady that made me feel welcomed!

Both of us became violently ill after eating here. My friend is still recovering. I called the next day and have never received a call back. I worry that it wasn’t checked into. The service was wonderful and up until breakfast we had a wonderful stay.

The guests upstairs sounded like they were running laps in their room a couple of times a day. Fortunately, at night it was quiet.

The location was good, everything was clean, there was lots of lighting in the room, ice was easily accessible, nice shower! All the hired staff were very friendly.
A better variety of coffee in the room. We like a dark roast and there was only light roast.

No extra toilet paper, about 1/4 of a roll in the bathroom. No coffee and accompaniments in room, no hot tub, no room service. Not worth $200 per night!

Rooms looked nice
Key cards wouldn't work for numerous guests, including us. Had to keep reactivating them. There was a sticky mess about 4 feet in diameter outside the elevator that wasn't cleaned up and it is going on day 2. Whatever it is sticks to guests shoes and tracked everywhere. Numerous guests waiting in line for up to 40 minutes to get issues resolved/checked in.

It appears the new construction will be a great up lift to the chaos that is currently going on.
I was placed in a room directly next to the construction. It was not that busy in the hotel and I should have requested another room. It was extremely loud and it wasn't on the website that the hotel was under construction. I would have stayed at any other Hilton besides this one and will now have to contact the resort individually in the future to ensure a clean, quiet stay.
