Check in was until 22. so we arrived at 21.50 and the hotel was...CLOSED!!!! ...after 8 hours of car the hotel was CLOSED!!! The staff (that also don't speak acceptable english) have decided that "probably nobody come anymore and they close hotel". we stay 1 hour outside and after fortunately some clients comeback from outside and permit us to enter on the reception. The reception was closed, nobody there and light off. I start to watch on the table of reception and i find the key of our room. that mean that they have prepared the room but 10 minutes before the limit of check the staff go to home withouth caring at all if some family that can have also a small child will arrive and will remain outdoor. This behaviour IS INACCEPTABLE expecially from country as Austria where popolation give a message to be serious and respect the rules. Useless complain the day after with the staff because they DON'T SPOKE ENGLISH and they don't understood nothing.... but it's normal that staff of Hotel in Austria don't speak english????

Big clean rooms. Everything is new and comfortable.

Clean, tidy and spacious room, with fairly large balcony placed in quiet surroundings, yet with reasonable distance to the highway.

I was surprised to learn that the price for a considerably smaller room without balcony was the same. Non-smoking part of the family didn't like it.

The price overall was quite reasonable. The staff is very friendly. It is close to the motorway, so it was ideal to stop for a sleepover.

They charged an extra fee for the dog. I was surprised on that, since it was not obvious when I made the booking however, I noticed them I travel with my dog. It was not a huge amount, but it was still disappointing. I stayed in a single room which was very little. This is not a problem, but there was only a very small and narrow window up high, so I couldn't even look outside. It felt like being in a prison cell.

Friendly staff who tried to find alternative accomodation when they thought that they were overbooked. Eventually it turned out that there was a delay in processing a guest who had left.

After driving from England and needing a last minute bed for the night it was a great find. Located a few miles from the motorway it was easy to find and the staff were very friendly. The room was amazing. Such a nice hotel. Would definitely recommend it.
