Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Host was great and very welcoming. She even let the kids play in her back garden for a while which was really nice of her. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

A lovely and well extended stone semi built to last in Giffnock, Glasgow. great period features with a good mix of modern upgrades. lovely shared bathroom, enormous bath. once off to sleep I did sleep soundly.

Parking was tight off road but loads available on the road outside. no TV remote and on-board tv controls didn’t work, switched it on but “no signal” gave up and watched Netflix on my phone instead. WHB plug closure mechanism didn’t work so couldn’t take a good shave. No headboard on bed. squidgy mattress. Noisy at 2340hrs sounded like the breakfast bar was being topped up! Cereals available appeared to cater for children.

jacqueline was friendly and helpful. i think it must be a hard job running a b and b. but she remains cheerful amd welcoming. the room was clean and comfortable. it was bright and light. the bathroom was shared but very nice. the rain shower especially so. as a vegetarian, the self service breakfast suited me well.

i couldnt find the remote control for the tv. i suppose i could have looked for someone to ask but i was tired and couldnt be bothered. i had a book. there are a couple of books in the breakfast area. the book of walks only has english walks. might be nice to have some tourist guides , what to see in glasgow etc

I was very welcomed in from arriving there, was shown to room promptly . Which was very beautiful my little daughter was able to use the garden which I particularly found helpful. Overall was a fab stay very happy also very relaxed surroundings. Would definitely recommend :)

I was very pleased with the en suite room. It was nice to have the breakfast facilities and to be able to help myself at a suitable time. Breakfast consisted of healthy options and there was a good choice of hot drinks, croissants, porridge, fruit and yoghurt. Guests are made to feel most welcome by Jacqueline and her family.

It appears that not all the rooms are en suite

Was in an excellent location for our stay for roukenglen park.Our hosts we so nice nothing was any trouble thay went out there way to help.

Bins didn’t have bags/liners in and were a bit dirty. There was only 1 teabag in the room and ran out at the breakfast bar. Shampoo would have been nice, but good shower gel.
