It’s very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed everything about our stay and the staff very accommodating.

The 2 bedroom apartment was superb - great size with great facilities to enjoy your holiday. The apartment had air conditioning in the bedrooms which we needed at night - the view of the sea was great to sit and watch from the balcony. The reception is a small area just off the side street but they are very helpful and happy to give assistance like taxi. The restaurant on the top floor was great for breakfast ( but unfortunately they don’t make omelettes for breakfast even though you can have eggs the way you like them / just not as an omelette) but the food and drink was good and to have breakfast included was great. We never used the restaurant for lunch or dinner as the area around the hotel has lots of good restaurants and we were out most days exploring or on trips. There is a pool but it’s basically a small plunge pool - not for swimming or for sun bathing around but the view from the top floor is superb. The cleaning of the rooms was great.

There was nothing major we didn’t like about this property - and would use again when in Cape Town. The inability to make an omelette was strange for a restaurant - but scrambled egg was great.

Great location and clean

Load shedding and noise from back up generator. I did not have a chance to get breakfast so cannot comment on it. It would be good to have clear instructions on booking table at 9th Floor restaurant

- units are spacious - 8th floor has very nice views and no noise - amazing setup on the 9th floor for meetings and relaxation - convenient location - close to all foods , ocean and amenities - ease of parking

- rooms on the 5th floor are noisy due to close proximity to the main road. - no Halal friendly option at breakfast - check out time set at 10am - basic amenities provided example no tissue box or body lotion - no aircon in the lounge area - need to ask for water and coffee replacements on a daily basis - swimming pool is more like a splash pool

The rooms are modern and clean as you arrive and the location is perfect

1. There’s only one air conditioner in the whole two bedroom apartment and it’s in one bedroom. There’s no air conditioner in the other bedroom and in the living space which was difficult because it was hot. 2. The apartment we stayed in had a manual key as opposed to a key card which was a safety concern. In addition, there was only one key available despite it being a two bedroom apartment.

I've returned here 3 times, I just love this place - the location, the people, the service, free parking, rooftop restaurant and lounge. The generator broke on this visit and even then the service and communication was great!

There were no views from my unit, and the hallways can get noisy.

We had a great stay. Nice comfortable apartment, helpful staff, great location. No load shedding. Felt like home away from home.

The restaurant menu is limited and the food does not taste great. The restaurant plays loud music on Fridays….sounds like a club.

Very good location. Easy parking. Comfortable beds. Well equiped kitchen. Nice view of the Lion's Head mountain.

The rooms are very small, you'll probably have to open and keep your luggage in the living room. Shower area in one of the bedrooms is really, really tiny and narrow. But the big let down for me was one of the bedrooms not having air-conditioning. I don't think you can get a good night of sleep during summer.

Lautstärke an der Straße. Der Verkehrslärm und die Schule waren sehr laut. Den Pool hätten wir uns größer vorgestellt. Auch keine Liegen zum Sonnen. Wir haben ihn nicht genutzt, weil wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt hätten.

Le Rooftop pour le petit déjeuner. Le personnel très agréable et sympathique. L’emplacement de l’établissement dans un quartier vivant et sûr, avec passablement de bon restaurant.

The breakfast is good and the location is excellent.

The towels in the both room are not changed everyday. One day, we did not get fresh towels . We called the front desk and was told the towels are scheduled the changing every three days. The issue was resolved friendly at the end and this comment just for the information.

Wow, our rooms were excellent , more than what we expected, the view 👏 and very clean and for interior deco. Good job

Perfect place to stay a couple of days in Cape Town. Safe and active area with lot’s of bars and restaurants. Very spacious apartment, modern, elegantly furnished, clean, generator present for load shedding, covered parking, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. We just loved it. Next time in Cape Town we’ll stay here again for sure.
