Carpet Smells. Refrigerator had to be replaced (They took care of it right away after reporting to front desk), bathroom needs to be updated, and bedroom needs to be painted and furniture replaced. Take carpet out and replace with tile! I was scheduled for 2 nights, but I only stayed 1. Checked out early. I'm not saying everything has to be perfect, but guest should at least feel comfortable enough to shower. If you're not going to keep the tubs clean, just put a nice shower in all the rooms. I wouldn't stay there again, unless updated. The front desk customer service was wonderful! I can't remember the gentleman's name, but sweet personality!

The front desk staff was nice. Even though it was in an older place of town, I felt safe.

It smelled of smoke, the breakfast barely had options, the place is very nosy. I could hear the upstairs neighbors, music playing, and so forth. The fitness room was a joke. I’m okay with limited options, but both treadmills didn’t work correctly, and there was not any free weight, but weight benches.

It was good but guy that was doing the breakfast didn't have gloves on and touch the bread

I asked that me and my family have rooms by each other when booking was told that they would but when we checked in they had us separted with 3 rooms on one hall separated from each other and then the other 2 rooms on a whole different hall from each other and then the 2 rooms that was on the hall with each other was all the way seperate from each other. The 2 rooms that was on the hall together the hallway was so hot.

They never changed the bed blankets and sheets. Disgusting
