Kendra was excellent!! Such a nice lady. Bed was comfortable

There was very little left when we went to get our breakfast and between the time we got our coffee and put it on the table, the last of the hot food had been taken by staff. That was a bit irritating, but thankfully there were still some bagels. There was some mold in the shower.

AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET IN THE FRIDGE WITHOUT GETTING OUT OF THE CHAIR. THE DOOR ON THE CABINET OPEND INN ONE DIRECTIOON AND THE DOOR ON THE FRIDGE OPENED IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. IT WOULD BE BETTER IF THE FRIDGE COULD BE MOVED OVER TO THE OTHER SIDE.

Free breakfast. Decent selection. Staff was very nice even during the hectic Mardi Gras season.

The bed was VERY uncomfortable. It felt like a 30 year old mattress. You could feel the springs. Also, the duvet isn’t wide enough to fit across the bed when a person is lying in it (including kids.)

I've stayed here often. That staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is convenient.

The room didn't get as cool as I generally like my room to be.

The room is just as the picture showed. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The parking lot was well lit. It was close to the interstate. It was just off the exit but far enough that we could not hear any traffic. There was a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel and You got a 19% off coupon.
